We worked with a writer in the UK for content writing, and our outreach person was in Chicago. Communication was fine, but I wish that the results had followed. StraightIn's stated goal of two meetings per week was not achieved. I think that two meetings per month may have been achieved a few times in the 6-month trial while the typical was one meeting or less.

Prospecting is hard, which is why I want to offload as much as possible; we were sold on the above goal, and while not for a lack of quality effort, the outcome fell short.

Our account manager was either fired or left StraightIn. This is on top of the salesperson leaving at the start of the journey. At the end of the 6 month commitment, we have had four different contact persons because of this. I have invested more time in meeting with StraightIn personnel than I have in meeting with prospective clients they have delivered. I had been under the impression they were going to go beyond the timeframe of the agreement to try and deliver the stated goals within the agreement, but that has turned into "no guarantees".

Overall, I can only conclude this has been a waste of resources over 6 months.

StraightIns approach is very straightforward and they are set up to take heavy lifting off a client's hands and deliver success. They will handhold you as much or as little as necessary and get the results you require from your campaign. This was the first time we had tried this approach and it supported a new product launch, and it outperformed our more established channels.

StraightIn generated a lot of high-quality connections that were shown in my LinkedIn page so that I could very easily send the promised information to people who had demonstrated an interest in our Colour Standards.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite expressing doubts from the beginning, I agreed to try their services. After just two weeks, it's clear there are no results. When I requested to terminate the contract early due to dissatisfaction, they refused, insisting on enforcing the full 3-month term. Their inflexibility and lack of understanding towards an unsatisfied customer is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Lorna and Hanna have been instrumental in helping me with my Linkedin profile, number of leads coming through. They are professional and very dedicated, nothing is too much trouble. I am very happy to giving a five star review for Straigtin. I looked at the reviews myself and it's a shame that there are negative ones on Trustpilot, but believe me, try it before you discount it, they are amazing and would recomend 100% Thank you everyone at Straightin
