They are horrible, package sits in their Vernon warehouse for 4 days before delivery, same thing happens to next 2 packages but then gets shipped back because they say it’s undeliverable. How do they deliver once but not again, horrible service!

If I could put negative star, I would. I’ve ask for a switch of delivery adress because my business was close for holidays so I wanted it to be delivered to my home instead. They confirmed it was done. Then multiple attempts had been made according to tracking, but I was home everyday and never saw or hear someone at the door. They send it back to sender without any notice. I called them and the lady, Veronica, never answered my question when I ask her the adress for every delivery attempt. Now I won’t have my package, which I paid for, I will probably have to pay for the shipping back to China and then another to ship back to me. If it’s still with straightship, I won’t order that’s sure. I don’t like being lied to and pay for it.

The Package I ordered was a frying pan from Temu and it was expect to come on January 7 to January 15 but the package came on January 6. Straight Ship has fast delivery and I had no problems with this carrier. The package had a bit damage but the item itself has no damage. I do understand some people have problems with this carrier but what I'm seeing from my experience the carrier is good. They also posted 2 images on their website for proof.

Absolutely god awful, I don't even want to give the one star rating. It deserves way worse. I received the wrong parcel, so I called and got hung up on. Called back confused, person picks up and then hangs up after I explain I don't know where to find the information he's telling me to get. Negative star experience

Exactly same experience as Jo "My package was not delivered but driver submitted a pic that it was. First, it wasn’t my home..." in my case I posted the pic of the delivery and found the recepient who sent my a video of the driver dropping one package, taking a pic, getting a 2nd package from the truck, taking a pic then stealing it, getting a 3rd package (mine) from the truck and stealing it. Contacted Straitship, told to contacty TEMU.

Driver left my package outside instead of knocking on my door.

Jan2. My package was not delivered but driver submitted a pic that it was. First, it wasn’t my home. It had 3 packages, I only ordered 1. The pic was taken during the day but apparently delivered at night. Then claimed it was delivered the next day that hadn’t even happened. My opinion, it’s fraud and theft. They have yet to respond, which is a response.

Out of all the couriers used by Temu, Straightship is by far the best. I read the Debbie and Dougie Downer whines, and must disagree. They just whine about everything anyway if you look at their records. Straightship works on weekends, and like I said, out of all the items I order online, Straightship is fastest. And would all you whiners like some cheese with your whine, or would you whine about that too? lol

If I could give NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!!! They said they will deliver before 9pm. I cancelled my day as this Small courier company are very unpredictable. By 9pm the package hasnt arrived yet, I started to worry and so I asked for update. Update recieved and it stated that they attempted to deliver at 6:21pm. BIG LIAR!!!!! no one attempted to deliver!! I was home and waiting!!! If you attempted to deliver, how come there's not even a call at least to get into the building??? or at least contact my phone directly??? LIAR!!!! then i tried calling them, more than 2 hours of line up and no one even picks up! NEVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!! THEY ARE WORSE!!!!!

There should be a no star option. Funny they have a let straight ship know option at same email that no one ever replies from .. go figure .

Straightship deserves a no star rating.

Phone calls generally not answered after long holds of 45 plus minutes.

If getting thru with phone, expect service that flat out lies and contradicts what the tracking info gives.

Emails never responded too.

Packages destroyed , or so they claim, i believe theft occurring.

Packages out for delivery from local office end up in wrong town and province per tracking, still waiting to see how this ends up.

Their customer service is very incompetent. I will not order from temu again unless they get a new shipper.

This was my third and likely last delivery for Temu orders. The first was quick and before the due date. The second was late by a week (but due to postal strike I gave them some slack ) but the package sat at the airport warehouse for a while. My last delivery yesterday was delivered to someone else, who is likely enjoying the vacation items that I ordered😡. The last 2 deliveries were during evening hours in the dark so no wonder they could not read the house number! Maybe delay delivery during day time and have them knock at the door instead of dropping the package and snapping the picture. If the delivery team is able to look at prior deliveries to the same address, they would obviously know they were at the wrong door. If the drivers are using GPS, double check your address entry! The customer service rep though pleasant, our discussion will likely not result in the return of my package (“ they will be speaking with the driver”). Unfortunately it does leave me very reluctant to purchase anything that would need delivery from Staightship- sorry Temu.

I’ve never had an issue. Straightship vs Apple Express is not even comparable. Apple drivers don’t even attempt to deliver in a complex and will force a customer to drive to their sketchy location for pick up and you can never get through to them on the phone and no email address. Straightship on the other hand not only buzzed the intercom (my phone glitched and I missed it), but responded to my email and successfully redelivered it. Thank you Straightship. I only wish Temu would stop using Apple Express. This is 150% better service.

6 orders were placed over a 3-week span through Temu, in mid-November to early December, all being delivered on different dates, stopped updating in Moncton, NB. I have had 1 package sitting in Corner Brook (I'm in Central NL) since Dec 13 that was supposed to be delivered on Dec 16. Nothing has arrived and still no updates. Worst company ever! I'd give a negative star if I could!!

I agree with all the other people. Time for the Government to step into this. Terrible service. This must be hurting Temu business. I hesitate to order from them again. Amazon has always delivered. I ordered this nearly a month ago

Was expecting a parcel from Temu on Sunday and after reading all the reviews about this company I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered, but it was and on a very foggy evening. So far so good.😊

i have never had any issues with this delivery company.i regularly order from temu and this is a common delivery service for them.straightship then transfers to dragonfly for delivery.the service has always been excellent and quick.i normally dont write reviews but these guys have got a bad wrap..

Absolute garbage company that keeps stuff in unnamed warehouses, delivers to the wrong towns and addresses, basically does not care about customer service at all! Temu refuses to use other companies and have lost all my business

I had 3 packages to be delivered over about an 8 day span. Got the first one, the second, 2 days later never arrived and the then 3 days later that one made it to my door. The 2nd one was the biggest and most expensive and contained gifts. I have heard nothing from either Temu or Straightship on what anyone is going to do about this considering Straightship ruined countless Christmas's across Canada!!
