This is my first time ordering from Straight to Hell. First, the positives. Shipping was pretty quick and the jacket arrived safely. No problem. The jacket (Commando special edition color Prairie Sand) overall is pretty great, the leather is heavy and protective and still has a soft hand and flexes nicely. I ordered my regular size (small) and it fits well, definitely a snug slim fit but I can layer it with t shirt and flannel and still zip it up, so I like it. I wasn’t sure about the color when I ordered, but seeing it in person I really love it and it integrates well with my wardrobe. I will be keeping the jacket as i have hope my issues will lessen with time and wear, and I know it’ll be a while before I find another jacket in this style and color.

That being said, it’s painfully obvious that the jacket has spent the last three years flat packed in a pile in a warehouse. It has what seem to be permanent creases down the sleeves and the sides of the body that have not yet begun to soften and the epaulettes are twisted forward which makes the shoulders look permanently tensed. When I opened the bag and began unwrapping the jacket, the paper that wrapped the hardware (which appeared to be toilet paper) had fused to the leather like it had been glued and I had to clean it off with a damp cloth. Which brings me to the next issue: all the places where the leather was touching itself (i.e. where the sleeves were folded over the body, the collar, the belt) the leather was also fused together from being flat packed for so long. I was worried that the finish was going to come off when I was pulling the pieces apart. The belt grommets were VERY rough, not hammered well at all and they had lots of the little prongs still sticking straight out of the leather. I discovered that when one of them scratched a hole in my palm. I went back with a mallet to flatten it and I counted three others that had the prongs poking out. I am aware that this jacket was so deeply discounted because it wasn’t selling, but I am pretty disappointed to have these issues with a brand new and expensive jacket, especially the safety issue of having sharp unfinished hardware on clothing. I think quality control and storage practices need to be examined, because this is not a great first impression to me as a customer. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again from this company.

Quick shipping, packaging was excellent, it came in a garment bag with a nice Straight To Hell branded wooden hanger. The jacket itself fits as I expected from the measurements given on the website. It’s tight in All the places a good quality leather jacket should be before being broken in. I’m a week into the break in process and I can feel it molding to me nicely. The quilted lining is good quality. Love the branded church key hanging off the inside pocket. I would absolutely buy this jacket again if this one gets stolen, otherwise I believe this one will last ‘til I get buried in it.

Women’s model is too wide in front. Seems to be a men’s shoe.

Straight to Hell makes quality stuff. And it shipped fast! My order was a replacement for a beanie I bought from them before. Not because it was worn…but because I misplaced it somewhere and couldn’t find it! Hopefully someone out there found it and they realize how dope these wool beanies really are. :)

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. This was the third jacket I’ve purchased from this company, and I’ve already had to return two prior orders because their sizing is extremely difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was even worse.

I spent six weeks going back and forth with a customer support chat agent named Johnny trying to get help determining the correct size. The support was incredibly unhelpful. I was repeatedly asked the same questions over and over, with no indication that any of the information I had already provided was being retained. Despite weeks of communication, I was never given a clear sizing recommendation, which defeats the entire purpose of reaching out for support.

When I finally placed my order, I realized shortly after that my shipping address had defaulted to an old address. I emailed the company immediately to have it corrected. My email was never responded to, and despite the fact that the order didn’t ship for about four days, it still went out to the wrong address.

When I followed up again, I was told that because I had USPS mail forwarding, it would be fine since the package was coming through FedEx and would still be routed through USPS. That ended up not being true, and the package was delivered to the wrong address anyway.

On top of all of that, I also had a coupon that was not honored after the purchase, which added another layer of frustration.

Overall, this has been a terrible customer service experience, a confusing sizing experience, and an unnecessarily difficult ordering process. After three attempts and multiple issues, I can confidently say I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

The jacket arrived exactly when tracking said it would, and like described and pictured on the web. I love the extra attention to detail with the liner, branding on the snaps, and bottle opener in the interior pocket. It is a classic design done so well for a modern garment.

Got my sweater in time for Xmas without having to pay for quicker shipping knowing that it’s a pretty busy time for shippers. Love my sweater, looks amazing and fits true to size. This experience alone will make me a repeat customer along with me digging the STH styles!

Quality of products is second to none.
Shipping options were good - can be pricey if you want your order as quick as possible (guilty!), but worth it.
And these Combat Boots are bang on for true sizing and comfy for a slightly wider foot. SCORE!

All my other jackets are really sad because I haven’t worn anything but my new Straight to Hell leather jacket!

When I wanted to return an item but it was no longer showing up on their site, they reached out to help me. The cravat is cool, def keeping that!

I got the correct size of leather pants. However, when I bend over to put on my boots the pants torn. I never worn them. I was just trying the pants straight from the package, and I put on my boots to see if the length of the pants was right.

I returned the pants and I am expecting a store credit to give a try to another pants model that I like. I am not looking for a Money refund, just another pair of pants with better quality. However, your policy is making me feel nervous. Like I said, I never worn the pants, I was just trying them on. I hope this helps. So, my experience with this store improves. I like leather and I am looking forward to be a loyal customer, as long as I get the right item.

I bought a couple new pair of boots. Fast shipping and a quality product on arrival.

The jacket i ordered has crease marks from being folded and stretche marks from hanging on a skinny hanger. It's been a couple of weeks but I'm still hoping they'll work themselves out.
