my first time,in this salon,thier services are amazing,one of the staff,princess i think she mention was her name did my nails perfect and gave a gentle and good hand massage,,more over my manicure,pedicure was great ,my toes tolery cleaned,ans a gentle massage,a touch by the staff,named sherry,i really do like my nails and the color of nail polish they suggest was cool,.thanks to strand and curls im 100%satisfied.

i went for color consultation and i went for megan the normal stylist i sat down showed the color i wanted she got soo mad that i wanted blonde than her's!
after that she kept bantering me and making me feel insecure about my hair by saying did u even ever cut them making a weird face and then saying i damaged my hair this and that ofcs i know that then why would i even come for consultation after that she asked my age and treated me horribly
just because i look younger than my age
if im comming for colour consultation i need a positive review about it not making someone feel insecure and insulted

Awful, obviously not trained hairdresser. Uneven really bad cut. Luckily managed to book a real hairdresser today (in another hairdressers), who was shocked how bad cut was. Avoid at all costs.

I'm always greeted with a smile friendly face.Im very happy with the service I receive.
So no matter the product or service that I ask for I'm happy with the results.
The staff go above and beyond to make your stay there comfortable no matter the time spent with your requirements.
Keep it up always good to see a friendly face.

Honey did a fabulous Job with washing my hair today and the lovely gentleman that cut and styled it, feel human again thank you seriously recommend ❤️

Absolutely awful inexperienced over priced salon worst salon in Oxford don’t have a clue what there doing and do not get the results u want very overpriced and horrible service don’t waste your time or money 0 stars !

Honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I usually come away disappointed but I am over the moon. Managed to take a dry, frizzy mane of hair and contain it into a much sleeker, shorter and more manageable style. And under an hour - usually it takes 2+! Thank you so much - I will definitely be back.
