Absolutely abhorrent customer service and I would not recommend buying from them.
I made an order from Italy; I received the package containing only 1 of the 4 items I've ordered. I contacted the customer service with pictures of the opening of the package, asking what happened. They first asked for more pictures and then just said that "it was not possible" I had received an incomplete order, and that the package had been weighted. This is not a cheap shop, I choose to order from them because I wanted quality and a reliable customer service, but I've been highly disappointed. I asked that they sent the missing items or at least to get a refund, but all they could do was saying "it wasn't possible" that the order was incomplete.
