Great product! Second time I have purchased through them and this time as a gift for someone else. Easy ordering, prompt delivery and great customer service because I ordered the wrong band width. They were prompt and easy to deal with. Will definitely purchase through them again.

I ordered a watch strap from Strapify , it was an easy process and it came promptly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but they have been very helpful to send me the correct size as quickly as possible. i have been very happy with the company and their support. Adrienne

I can only comment on the customer service at this stage, but if it’s anything to go by, the product will be excellent. Sam (customer service manager) provided fast, clear, and well-communicated responses and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. Couldn’t fault the service at all. No complaints whatsoever.

Strapify have a wide selection of straps; I've ordered several NATO straps, as well as some watch tools, and they are great quality. Everything arrived quickly and customer service was excellent!

I have had a terrific customer service with Sam from Strapify when a watch I bought approx 2 months earlier broke a link.
Sam got back to me the next business day and agreed that Strapify would exchange the band under warranty. He even said he would swap the size of the band to fit the new watch that I had recently bought!

I ordered a Garmin VivoActive5 watch band and it came within six days. I am so happy with it. It’s absolutely brilliant but unfortunately when measuring i red the size wrong by not measuring it properly. I did order the wrong size. when going through the process of an exchange I’ve never received such quick and kind service, I’m so excited to receive my new watch band definitely recommending this website to all of my friends!!!

My bands arrived really quickly after i placed the order. Unfortunately i ordered the incorrect size band for my watch. Strapify have been excellent in allowing me to exchange the bands without any questions

Quality is not good and i paid more than $75 for leather strip but very poor quality also vendor refuse to refund.
