NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, avoid them at all cost

They handle claims on behalf of Iceland foods, after delaying my claim for more than three weeks (knowing no other legal services would take it on ) they are refusing to take it any further . so if i go through my own insurance i lose my NCB and have to pay my excess, personally I think they did this deliberately. Now im out of pocket with the repair bill for my car. I hope they see sense and do something about how much trouble they've caused and sort it out.

I would not trust this company

I would not trust this company. Early in March I received a letter asking for more information about an accident that I witnessed and for which I have a dashcam video. Since then I have sent two e-mails and left two voicemails asking how they would like the video but I have received no reply. The main switchboard number on their web site hangs up immediately. They are totally unresponsive to my attempts to provide the help which they requested from me.
