Call coordinator needs to learn
Company's speaker was a great presenter, he have a great knowledge of his domain along with a good abolity to handle questions and salesmanship.
BUT the company's contact person (Srishti) is annoying and does need to learn a lot about how to handle consumer requests. Multiple calls were made from her end knowing that I was out of station and busy, she just cares whether the review is uploaded or not.
