My order was delivered. Package & items damaged

When I watch the advertisement it said this is large.and it looked like it was 5' or 4' tall i wasn't expecting it to be so small but I will set it up. And see how they work very small and maybe totally or less . Very deceiving add.

I have had a hose nozzle on order for weeks and I keep receiving shipping updates that tell me basically nothing. I wish I had checked out this company before I ordered as I feel it is bogus at this point. They don’t even disclose where they are located. It’s somewhere overseas, and that is just the first problem! Never again!

I keep getting updates on the progress of my purchase, but i have not received it yet. Now i see it is marked delivered in Rochester, NY. I live in West Virginia. Where are my purchases/

It took a long time to get here and when I opened it, it was bent in half so I'm unable to use it!
I don't know who to contact about it since it shows shipping from Switzerland. Not happy with my purchase
