Absolutely fantastic service from Gordon, Alan and all the staff at Strathclyde Windows. From first call to the last, great communication and advice from Alan and Gordon. Straight forward and no high pressure sales tactics. The installers were extremely considerate, laying down sheets to protect flooring and taking great care in removal of old windows and fitting new windows. We are so pleased with the windows, the finishing is fantastic and really quality product. We also replaced our front and back doors at same time and again everything was done efficiently and to same very high standards. As with most big jobs encountered a couple of minor snags however Gordon and Alan were immediately on top of the situation and everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Overall would highly recommend Strathclyde Windows if your looking to replace your windows and doors. Five stars

Communication is key when taking on a job, we had 18 windows & 3 doors replaced.
Got the date sorted for the job starting and the wrong windows arrived Alan was on the ball straight away full and open communication from both him & Gordon.
problem was solved and job was started 2 weeks later.
The guy’s fitting the windows were lovely done the job with minimal damage or mess .
Would recommend this company too anyone getting windows. Just proves there can be hiccups along the way but as long as the company & people you are dealing with are professional & honest then everything works out fine x

Great from start to finish. The service they provided was fantastic. The 4 windows they fitted look fantastic and were all fitted on the days they said they would be while also keeping me in the loop of what they were doing and how they were going to do it. They made sure the rooms were tidied after they were done and took all the remains of the previous windows away.

Got Strathclyde windows out after reading such good reviews and looking at website , so glad I did as it was the best choice I made , Alan came out went through all the different windows doors fittings , no pushy salesman tactics , price is sent through email so no pressure , and it was the best price ,then Scott came out to measure up was great too , team all arrived in the morning of the day arranged and literally worked nonstop until they were all finished great guys, covered all floors etc and tidied up after , over the moon with my windows and my door , would highly recommend them and have done so already in

Strathclyde Windows came recommended by a friend & Alan really was open, friendly & honest. He was very knowledgeable about what windows & finishings we could get but I really appreciated his honest advice on keeping our existing wooden frameswork.
The team that came to fit the windows arrived early, took great care in laying down protective sheeting & keeping the flat tidy. They took half a day for 3 large bay windows & a large kitchen window. However I was really impressed with how seemlessly they fitted the windows & left no marks or scratches.

Service from Strathclyde windows was very good. Advice from Alan was excellent and was helpful throughout.
Installation went smoothly, replacing an old large sash and case with modern equivalent that looks even better than the original. They arrived on time and were quicker to install than expected.

Strathclyde Windows are a breath of fresh air when compared to other window companies. There was no hard sell and i even had my windows installed sooner than expected. Like most installations, there have been some minor snags and the true testament of a company is how they deal with things when they don't go as planned.
