I have had microneedling and laser hair removal done and can honestly say I would never go anywhere else now. Beth is absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and supportive! The results I’ve had from these treatments have far exceeded expectations and results from having done elsewhere in the past. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Stratum Cheltenham are super friendly and lovely! It’s an extremely well managed clinic in my opinion!

Dr Eke and her assistant Ali were both very pleasant and friendly, and put me at ease straight away during my mole removal.

Everything went smoothly, the biopsy report came back quickly, and Ali gave me a follow-up call about a week later to check everything was okay — a really nice touch.

Also, as someone who absolutely hates needles (in case anyone else reading this is the same), Dr Eke administered probably the best injections I’ve ever had for the anaesthetic - barely knew I’d had them done!

10/10 for all services provided, and thanks Dr Eke and Ali! 🙏

Helpful, efficient and kind. Easy and straightforward to make a booking and not too far to walk from Canterbury Bus station. I went for a mole check, all done very efficiently and politely.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. My procedure was successful and I was very happy with Mr Perkins surgery.
I can also say I enjoyed passing time with fellow patients.

Very poor aftercare guidance and post op care which meant no support and contact possible during an issue that arose, combined with poor stitching resulted in very a messy scar.

Attempted calling multiple times. Finally spoke to someone with a medical background which was again no help, and then there was no follow up.

Would not recommend.

I had been diagnosed with a BCC on my nose. The NHS system meant that I would be waiting well in excess of 12 months to have it removed by MOH's surgery. We identified Dr William Perkins at Oxford as a specialist in this field and arranged a private consultation in November 2025. He advised that he could complete the sugery before Xmas at Stratum Clinic , Oxford . Following this , I booked for surgery to be completed by Dr Perkins at Stratum Clinics. The venue was very clean and well equipped. The facilities are excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful at all times and assisted Dr Perkins in giving me excellent care during my procedure.

I didn’t know using the wrong champú or products could be so harmful for my acne

I came here as a necessity for a mole check up - I would like to say the reception staff was very polite, very straightforward and easy to make a booking, and when I called because I needed more information, the next day they called me back immediately and helped me out, listened to my concerns and explained the situation. Now I have a surgery appointment in a week and I am just content on how fast they booked me in. This situation has been very stressful for me and I really appreciate their support and work. It's very clean, very quiet inside, you have privacy to state your needs, they are kind and respectful, they are certainly professionals and I highly recommend this clinic for your dermatological needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My pherapist is very good and approachable.

Was offered an appointment within a couple of days. Felt very comfortable with Dr Katie who undertook cryotherapy. I used this clinic five years ago for the same procedure by Dr Hudson Peacock and was very satisfied with the result which prompted me to go back again. Dr Hudson Peacock was fully booked until next February so I had Dr Katie. She made me feel very comfortable and I was more than happy with her knowledge and expertise.

My visit to Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic for the treatment of skin blemishes was up to it's usual high standard. Doctor and all Staff were friendly and reassuring. This was not my first visit and I would definitely go back again if it became necessary

I found Stratum Clinic Cheltenham has an easy booking system, courteous and professional staff who treated me with respect. The doctors I have seen have all reassured me and given me hope when I have become worried about my skin conditions. I like the fact that the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and up to date with the diseases and treatments. I feel listened to and feel more confident that healthy manageable skin is achievable with the expertise and guidance provided at this clinic.

I had a small bump come up on my face was slowly getting bigger. I did start to worry whether it may of been skin cancer also. However i phone the clinic on a thursday dinertime and they had me an appointment on the sunday that weekend. Was relieved to find out it wasnt cancer. And was put at ease in the clinic straight away the receptionist was vwry pleasant and made me a coffee and the whole staff there i found very profesional and very nice people also. I would deffinetly use this clinic again if i have anymore skin problems my bump was removed on the same day and healed up nicely following the clinics aftercare instructions to. This was the cheltenham clinic to.
