Great experience so far. I was matched with a coach that was very on par with my criterias thanks to the comprehensive questionnaire they put together. The platform is well setup and makes it easy to book sessions. They also make sure that your trial starts from the moment you're able to book with your coach even if it's a few weeks out which I thought was a very smart touch and saves the user a support request.

I didn’t know what to expect and honestly has surprised me in the best way. Feeling more confident at work and grateful to have given it a try

The intake felt a little overwhelming, but also very effective at helping get to the heart of what I wanted to work on. I really liked being able to request matching with a coach who had experience working with neurodivergent clients!

Ultimately, I attended the first reduced cost session as well as one month of full price sessions with my coach. Through the experience, I was able to gain clarity on my career goals and identify/re-evaluate some decision making patterns I had fallen into. It was an incredibly useful level set for me and allowed me to move forward in my career with confidence and reassurance.

Especially due to the month-at-a-time nature, I think Strawberry is a great opportunity for anyone considering coaching!

Everyone needs guidance from time to time to navigate changes in the work place and often times the skills that got you where you are do not convey to the next level without some inner re-wiring.
That is where coaching has come in for me. It helps me self examine how I approach work and identify better ways or stories I can tell myself to validate my worth and confidence. It is also helping me recognize when I am over-identifying my value with my work.
It’s been a great accountability tool and since I’m paying for it, there is even more incentive for me to hone my emotional intelligence and take myself on… exactly where I am in this moment.

When I first started investigating the utility of working with a life coach, I dug deep. I searched online and then researched some more to verify the findings of my original search. It's hard to open up to someone; it's hard to start the initial work for self improvement; it takes time, energy, and effort; and then, it costs money. So understand, I did not approach my decision to evaluate and improve my life lightly. However, Strawberry.me eased me through the initial process with efficiency and accuracy. The moments I spent thoughtfully contemplating their questions proved far worth my time. The health coach to which I was matched, I really cannot imagine being more perfect. The kindness, understanding, flexibility, and support of "my" health coach not only encouraged my first steps but excited me to follow through. And though, I've just begun--have four sessions under my belt--I can already glimpse my happier future.
