Online order came up with a Facebook targeted ad. Was a little uncertain as I've had issues with online purchases.
However order went smoothly, I unfortunately had to return item but the business was Very responsive and helpful.

Lovely clothes and great value. I thought the name of the store was a bit weird but all came as ordered with a handwritten receipt. It was a bit slow, but I was having it posted to Ireland so it was probably customs that slowed things up. Thankfully the clothes were appropriately labelled as children's clothes so import duties were not charged.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I've bought countless items from Strawberry boutique, not only are they outstanding quality, they are delivered with a smile (literally on the envelope.) And support is freely and warmly given. 100% recommend. One of my main go to's for kids organic clothing.

Fantastic small business. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about her product and works so hard to be inclusive of all her customers, something I hugely appreciate. I have ordered many items from Strawberry Meerkat, and I will continue to do so, as there are so many beautiful items!

I have been buying from Strawberry Meerkat since my kids were babies. They are now nearly 7 and 8. What a fantastic service and amazing range of fabulous kids items. Fiona is brilliant and goes above and beyond. She has taken pre orders on popular items, given measurements, taken real photos of items and more. She is the only place I go to for our bright and bold prints fix! I’ve bought from many small independent retailers over my time as a parent so far and Fiona is by far the most personable, friendly and reliable business owner I’ve dealt with. What a super star and a business I can’t recommend enough.

I think the 1 star reviewer must have unfortunately fallen victim to using a fraudulent version of this website as it is so far from the truth for Strawberry Meerkat. Fiona is so so helpful and will go out of her way, above and beyond for customers. I have been ordering for years and have always experienced nothing but kindness, friendliness and such high standards in products/packaging/delivery and aftercare.

Strawberry meerkat is my go to for all my children's ethical clothes, fiona is lovely and always answers any questions I have, fiona always delivers quickly and does payment plans to help spread the cost.

The hardest thing about buying clothes online is knowing what size to get. However, Fiona goes above and beyond to help her customers choose the right size, taking measurements and comparison photos between different sizes and brands so that you can get the right size the first time. This business has great ethics too (reusing packaging, posting at their local village post office to keep jobs for their community, respectful and supportive of fellow small businesses/competitors). Strawberry Meerkat is a great place to shop a wide variety of brands that you just won't find on the high street!

Goes out of her way to help. Amazing at communicating and ensuring only the best customer service is given. Amount of times I’ve missed a code as I’m juggling other things and she’s sorted it for me and ordering in items she hasn’t got a stock of. Even refunded me when I’ve messed a code up. One of my first go to places for clothing for me and little man. Genuine decent person running an amazing company.

She’s so helpful when I need to know about different sizing of items, offering alternatives if she doesn’t have in what I need. And is just a joy to talk to. I’ve always had fantastic service from her. She shops quickly and keeps me updated if there’s any issues with shipping.

Strawberry Meerkat is my go to independent business for ordering ethical clothing. Her Facebook pages are brilliant - she's quick to post photos of new releases, goes in to detail about sizing and the sizes she will be stocking. Every order I've had has been quick to arrive and packaged in reused packaging which I really appreciate being environmentally conscious myself. Highly recommend.

I've been shopping with fiona and strawberry meerkat for years now for my scandi needs. Fiona is the most responsive with the best customer service ever. In my most recent purchase, the new style just did not suit me and fiona did not hesitate in sorting out an exchange super fast for me.

Postage is always super fast (even on busy release days) and Fiona works super hard to ensure that her customers are informed about new releases.
