The website doesn’t provide any option to cancel orders, and the company’s WhatsApp number only connects to a bot that shares incorrect support details. When I tried to cancel my order, the bot directed me to contact hello@webiste, which turned out to be an invalid email address.
This has been one of worst site experience. In the name of R&D they are selling 'Made in china' products in India. The same products are available in 1/5th price at other stores.
