Its scamming people didnt refund my money + cant read anything about it... AND that ticket process is slow af

Scam, don’t waist your time

I asked them for a refund they're gonna tell me You need to Request it within a week of purchase I done that. And they never contact me back until about 2 weeks later saying it has to be done within a week they stole my money and they're lying Ass Scammers

I was given a code by someone on the website chat to give me 7 days free to help with a non-profit I was doing a one off stream for. I was not told this was a trial and have then been charged. I didn't immediately spot the payments as I wasn't expecting them (plus some of us don't find it very efficient to stare at our ban accounts 7days a week), Customer service are being unhelpful and obtuse and refusing to refund the 2 £19 charges to me despite me pointing out that this was clearly miss-sold.

As others have stated concerning Streamlabs sneaky subscription policies. I am unaware of how long they've charged me for a service I have not used but I'm disputed each and every charge. I stopped streaming years ago and I only used their free service back then. Nothing but scamming takers!

They do what is important to be done
A great helpers for streaming and alert happening on livestreaming. GJ

Just use OBS instead, its easier to use and and isn't as expensive for the pro products. Uses less ram too for streamers.

The most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced ever. They ghost you and don’t help you solve your issues. Streamlabs is the worst

Ive used this software and it crashed and froze a lot. It ruined a couple of my streams. The software would freeze, drop the feed but yet still be recording, yet, still asks me if i want to keep recording when there is no video feed moving. Then when i cancel, it would start recording and i cant stop it. I went to customer service and their advice was useless. They have never fixed the problem. I swear i reinstalled this software 10 times and im not exaggerating either. The yearly is waaay too expensive for the problems it makes. Im looking at other options. I dont want to be spending $20 a month. I believe the software is worth no more than $80 a year. That is the same price as an anti-virus like Bit Defender. Not $150. I liked the themes but they need to bring the prices down more. This is stupid. Bring down your prices!

These guys sold my email to spammers lol I know that because I made one donation to a streamer from an email I never give out because it’s connected to my banks and suddenly in a two-day time span I’ve been blown up with 30+ spam messages. Just hope my credit card info is safe at least.

Gatekeeping basic streamer features behind a ridiculously expensive paywall subscription... $20 for a month is so freaking stupid, like I can (and do) get Nintendo online yearly subscription for $20.

Can't multistream, can't use the branding tools, can't get any overlays, widgets, apps, etc. with out forking over $20 per month, or $150 per year. Utterly greedy and asinine.

I don't even know how to describe my experience with those people...
So disappointed...
I took streamlabs ultra to multi stream on twitch and kick. Unfortunately and really bad timing for me 15d after twitch released a new policy.
It is now forbidden to multi stream...
I then went to streamlabs to ask them for some help. And cancel my 1y purchase.
They literally told me to go f*** myself as the 7d refund policy was expired.
I asked them for a little gesture. As I m not gonna use the service anymore due to policy change. Just give me back a 6 months refund. At least...
The answer was once again to go f*** myself (on a nice and polite way, but the message was the same).

I don't really care about a 70€ refund. Just the gesture that make me sick...

But what could we expect from a company that stole an open source software to make money on it. I should have known...

Started streaming ok , on android app version, but it will not end the stream and I pressed the end stream button..... I am missing something hear ?

Was brilliant for a week or so, liked it that much I paid the 16 pound or so cost for premium, until the next week the app simply stopped working on my pc, tried every fox etc. YouTube videos but no the desktop app suddenly had a hatred towards my pc, kept blaming my drivers which were perfectly up to date, I’d personally say, don’t buy premium, you’ll be back to using obs studio sooner than you can say this app sucks

Refusing to refund my streamlabs ultra. They have a 7 day refund policy and I tried to get in touch with them before the 7 day period to no avail. Finally on the 8th day I get a response from support saying nothing we can do we won’t give you a refund it’s been 8 days. Absolutely scummy. and will never recommended streamlabs on my stream or to any of my viewers ever again.

My Son Stopped this service a year ago, or so we thought. Streamlabs.com has been stealing money from me for months. DO NOT TRUST the cancellation process. Take EXTRA PRECAUTION when dealing with this company. They designed it this way. Lawsuits are pending with them. Don't trust them. I CANNOT WAIT for you IGNORGANT BEINGS to attempt to get money from me next month. It's not happening. I stopped the transaction through my bank. DUMMIES!

Had the worst experience with them, i used streamlab merch my fans ordered it and got fulfilled but streamlab didn't pay me they stole my revenue! from my merch

Charged me $5.99 for a service I never agreed to.
