Our internet service went down at a critical time causing us no end of problems. Even though the issue turned out to be self-inflicted, Courtney and Connor at Stream got us up and running very quickly indeed. Great service.

Our organisation chose Stream Networks to provide connectivity services and server hosting for a number of reasons. Boh their office, and their main hosting centre is local to us in Newbury, Berkshire. That was important to us that we knew we could just see them face-to-face if the need arose. We also toured their data centre which provided us with a very good understanding of their physical and network security.
Day to day, they offer very good support and advice on the server hosting side and offer backup and monitoring services for the important servers, but also have cost-effective models for less key servers, making a great overall offerring for us and our clients.

We have worked with Stream Networks for over 15 Years and would go anywhere else.

You couldn't ask for a nicer company to deal with. Everything is explained and upfront with no silly long contracts to tie you in. Unfortunately there are some Telecoms providers with very poor service and unhelpful staff and support departments that don't resolved quickly. Whenever I speak to Stream Networks they deal with my queries quickly.
