Had complaint with my order 5 weeks ago, they did eventually reply but then ignored sent proof of terrible quality of magnets pictures awful heads cut off. Trading standards are being contacted my advice ignore and avoid

Very quick good quality and very good value

I have been waiting well over 2 months for my order and I have written countless emails to them only to get time after time that they received the message and get back to me in 3 days!!! I’m out of pocket an I didnt get my order so therefore I would not advise buying from this company . And as for rating I would put minus 10 but in order to write this I had to put 1 star which you do not deserve!!

Their contact never replies emails. I never got my order because I initially entered my old address and immediately after paying for the order, I realised my mistake and sent email for it to be rectified before it is dispatched but no response, I sent another email, yet no response till this moment. I guess they are not serious with their business. I had to request a refund through my Bank.

I have ordered a few times and always been happy with the product I have received. But I have had an order not turn up I have emailed 3 times, sent a message on Facebook and a message on Instagram and have not received any correspondence back. Very disappointed

I ordered 9 magnets from them. My card was charged on sept 28. Still haven’t gotten them. When I ask about them they blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. Don’t buy from them

I love these photo magnets. I’ve got my whole family on my fridge, I see them every time I open it and they make me smile.

Really great experience with this company. We order and the package was lost with Royal mail. They were super helpful in sorting out and getting us a replacement after doing all the necessary checks to make sure it wasn't delivered somewhere else by accident.

Very helpful and friendly customer service and the product was absolutely brilliant once we got it.

It was delayed but by no fault of the companies, we know Royal mail is going through a rough time so wouldn't hold that against them.

Overall super happy and would and will use them again. Great gift for family and friends to!
