I set up my account and paid for a subscription after reading several positive reviews about the site. The service's marketing presentation made it seem almost too good to be true. Unfortunately, as is usually the case, it is too good to be true. Clue #1 - there is no functioning technical support or customer service link. Clicking the link for "Help Center" in your account view takes you back to the sign in page, basically kicking you out the subscriber activity page. There is no Help Center: not clear there ever was. Clue #2 - there's an address listed at the bottom of the main Streetbeat page, but no email contact address, and no phone number. (I used "GetHuman.com" to find a phone number but Streetbeat never responded to my repeated request for them to contact me about my many questions. When those went unanswered for several days, I contacted them for a full refund. Ghosted. Clue #3: I researched complaints against the site and found many subscribers explaining it is very difficult to get their broker-partner, Alpaca Securities LLC, to transfer your money to your linked bank account when you request it. Clue #4: withdrawals from your Alpaca Securities LLC account via ACAT (Automated Customer Account Transfer) cost a whopping $100. Protect your money and your stress level. Find a competitor that is above-board and trusted by its customers.

App sucks. Promised great returns and had loses, while withdrawals are not possible. Stick with reliable competitors

I have been able to withdraw small amounts through their AI portfolio but my manual trading account is locked and won’t even appear on when I click on it. I’m taking all of my money out and never using again. I’ve sent 3 emails and no response. Do not use this app.

I strongly advise against using this application. I have been attempting to withdraw my invested funds back to my bank account for several months, encountering numerous challenges throughout the process. Unfortunately, I have experienced a lack of follow-through, inconsistent communication, and unfulfilled assurances during this time. This situation has resulted in a significant financial loss for me. I recommend exercising strong caution and considering alternative options rather than utilizing this app.

I am with Gareth and Bob. I like the app, the ease in using the AI to create my own portfolios (existing ones never gave me returns like advertised), and honestly don’t trust what they are preaching. The whole money transfer thing is absolutely insane. Times I invested I called after 2 days and 3rd day my money was available…. I think these ridiculous hold periods are so they can use our money - beyond the subscription! Honestly, money in eTrade is in and out in a day. No fees. And $100 to take your money out? I smell scam. I wish I could trust them, but I can’t. Going to move my money out next.
UPDATE: I withdrew my money out of my portfolio Sunday evening, Monday EOD money was in cash waiting to settle. Thursday the money was moved to transfer, and Friday the money was deposited into my bank account. No $100 fee was charged. Not the best but not what their documentation says. I was pleasantly surprised. Still out.

I signed up as looked like a great way to do some extra stocks and shares.
First of all the app failed to allow my Apple Pay to work and then my next two debit cards failed too due to risk of fraud my banks were flagging.
I then used my bank account to send the money over but was then told that failed too even though the money was out of my bank account.
I spoke to customer service a day later who said there was an error with the app and then a few hours later the money appeared in the app.
By this point I wanted my money back as thought it all failed and lost trust in the company. I was then told it will take 9 days before I am allowed to withdraw!

Streetbeat has become an integral part of my investing toolkit. The range of unique portfolios, from 'Congress Buys' to 'Crypto Exposure' helps me discover interesting strategies I wouldn't have considered on my own.

Signed up because I thought this might be a good way to go. It says there’s a seven day trial that is free. Unfortunately, if you deposit any money, it takes at least seven days for it to get in and then another 21 to get out so you’re forced to be subscribed to their service monthly or yearly. None of this is explained in the fine print anywhere that I could find. Why is 21 day hold on my money to get it withdrawn when it’s only been there for a day. If they could explain that to me, I’d give them more than one star but right now the customer service trying to help.. who created this system with a 21 day hold on withdrawals should be fired. And don’t try to tell me it’s a government mandate because that’s a bunch of bull pucky.

Currently loving the app. I created my own portfolio using the AI creator.
I added the type of stocks I wanted to invest in, and my risk profile.
It rebalances weekly.

The registration only takes a few minutes, but once inside, the app proves to be intuitive and easy to use. The AI-powered automatic suggestions are very interesting
The AI-driven portfolios are spot-on, tailored perfectly to my goals. The customer service was quick to help me with with my deposit.
Simple to use, intuitive and friendly.
It allows me to manage my portfolio safely and with little effort!
Great
I've been using it for over a year now mostly buying the suggested strategies and I had pretty consistent gaining, pretty happy with it
I closed my account because the platform was charging high fees to withdraw my earnings and after I paid the fees, my funds were still being held with no explanation. This has been going on for too long and I couldn't let them continue to conduct business in this manner. Instead, I switched to a more reputable platform that I found online and have been satisfied with their services. Their approach has been key to helping me achieve my financial goals.

Bought in thinking could use the service monthly, but paid for a year. Tried to contact them half dozen times, with no reply.

This company is a joke & a rip off!! They take out money from your stocks without telling you. It was free when I signed up but apparently they started charging fees without letting anyone know! Then people log on to see they have literally PENNIES left on a stock of crypto.... Why? Because streetbeat took all their fees out! Look at the Google Play reviews! This is a big issue from many investors reviews. The guy running it is a felon. He really is. And now he is stealing from all these people with legal grey area! PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY ON THIS APP!! THIS IS A 100% REAL REVIEW. I have proof

Literally sold my investment because they didn't support the fund anymore.
This was pending in my account for days and days, then when I checked again they had charged me daily for having cash funds ($0.75) and also charge a withdrawal fee of $5.
They love holding your funds hostage and essentially dishonestly stealing from customers.
How can you have trust in a platform that does this?
Avoid at all costs.

For a long time I have been waiting for the withdrawal of funds from the Streetbeat account, when withdrawing funds, we get information that up to two days they withdraw funds, 2 weeks have passed and there are no funds, only what you can see is the response from the support department to contact them and contact gives nothing
