Been using streetbees for a little while and did make decent spare cash with them. I noticed of late the number of stories I'd had available to complete have become few and far between and i have been getting bored with not getting any However today on trying to open the app it states we've lost connection and it states invalid authorisation.

Noone has contacted me as to why or given any justification. If they do not sort this our I will be deleting the app and telling people to avoid... there are far better, more active survey sites than this which don't boot you out of your account for no apparent reason.

Update - they have said my account is banned as it is linked to more than one account. This is a total lie. I have only had one account, signed up since about Christmas time. Maybe they don't actually like reading people for their review and this app is a total scam. Terrible app, terrible service, and making up total lies about my account. Avoid Streetbees like the plague.

I have been using this site for about 2 years with surveys paying about 25p . for the last 3 months there seem to be surveys that are offered but without any reward attached. So why bother doing them if you are not offered any reward! My time and effort needs rewarding!As a result I will stop using this site and go to others that pay for my opinion.

Since I joined 10 months ago, I was really enjoying this app with interesting and enjoyable surveys paying 25p to over a pound each time.
The last 4 weeks I have only been offered surveys with payouts of 5p that take 7 or 8 minutes to do. Some surveys pay nothing at all. I’m afraid that with a busy job and looking after my household, it is just not worth my effort to spend this amount of time for such a little reward. Where have all the decent surveys gone?

The reason they pay so little for each survey is because...they also have to work, they also have to receive a little from those surveys. But that amount seemed too little so they took a little more from us. It's a shame that that small amount of money makes us hate them. I wonder if they have ever tried to position themselves as users? Or they just know to make more money in their pockets without thinking about other people's feelings. That app are very dad full time waste I complete 20 survey but I didn't get any money

Bad app with long waiting time to get paid, also hardly any studies on there and just same ones over and over

Seemed like a good app and I had been filling in surveys as well as earning money fairly quick. But then I had to go to Spain for a couple of weeks, I opened the app to fill something and and I have been blocked. I was just on holiday but after numerous emails to the support line and zero reply (over several months) I give up. Shame it might have been good.

Good app..but takes too long to payout and if story is regevted there is not a consolation amount for your time

Well I can't honestly review but I can't get on the platform. I don't get a 6 digit code for verification.

The error has been fixed. I was able to make an account. The platform is cute. Better than most survey sites. This won’t replace your day job. But pair this with one or more survey sites and you can make some serious cash for the week.

It's been 4 days and I've completed 10 surveys and nothing in activity and zero pay outs. I check back everyday and get "you're caught up" message. At this point it's a waste of time and I will be deleting it off my phone. I'd never recommend anyone waste your time with this nonsense.

I was satisfied with the app as well as the stories they provide. It was very good app to earn some money but I don’t know what goes wrong they blocked my account twice. My first Streetbees account was blocked in 2021 and when I contacted the customer care they didn’t replied me and then I created the account with my second phone number and recently they blocked my second account too. And I didn’t received any warning or informed about the blocking of my account. I even send a mail to them but no reply at all. In fact they even blocked my sister’s account. I have read other reviews and they said their account is blocked because of travelling to different county but my account blocked even though I didn’t travel anywhere.This app is not worth it of even 1 star. Really unhappy with the app and the service they provide. Before I was referring it to all my friends and family members but now I suggest them not to do so.

Legit survey app. They've paid promptly directly to my Paypal account within 48 hours of completing each "story" (food/drink survey). So there's no minimum cash out amount.
The reason I've given 4 instead of 5 stars is that payouts are fairly modest - it's only small pocket money really. Also I've found that the surveys take me about twice as long to complete than the estimate. But maybe that's just me.

They blocked my account for absolutely no reason, I read some other reviews and it may be because I visited a different country for vacation…

Streetbees blocks you as soon as you use the app during a stay in another country than where you subscribed. The world is too international for such jokes. Farewell.

I don't want help with my streetbees account. I've just bid them farewell. My feedback is clear: Streetbees can't have when you travel to another country. I travel too much for being involved with Streetbees. Forget about the 'extra information'. I simply don't know what my reference number you ask for is

Not a good app to use. They ask for a lot of information including photos for pennies. Takes up a lot of time. Then if you leave the country to go on holiday they block you. I contacted customer services and was told I’m blocked for ever because I went to a different country. Maybe they expect us to stay at home and just write stories on their app. Don’t bother with Street Bees.

When I started using the app, all arguments were rewarded with 0,2 euros or more and I was sastified with the app. Now I'm impressed that the payment is so low on some topics. The lowest reward I've seen now is 0,04 euros only. In other hand I can't reccomend an app when the surveys are available only very early in the morning with this low payment. I'm sure the people I know would prefer sleep more than trying to wake up early in the morning to earn only few cents.
