I would like to say a big thank you to Wayne Trouth @ Streetbike (Triumph Birmingham West) for the excellent service in store, full info on accessories that you could add to the bike, warranty, service details etc. This was most useful because all the optional extras recommend have proven to be very worth while. The friendly atmosphere of other staff in store. The workshop prep work on the bike before it was delivered was excellent. With the delivery, care was taken to make sure the bike was not damaged in transit. The delivery driver took great care to explain all features of the Triumph T120 and did not leave until all info was given. Overall service from start to finish of my purchase was EXCELLENT.

Abysmal Triumph dealership in Halesowen.

My Triumph Scrambler 1200XE went for its 1st service here on the 11th July 2023 and will NOT be going back. I dropped my bike off for it's 1st service at 0845 and collected it at 1545 the same day. I didn't think to check my tracking device until the weekend after and found a new high speed had been recorded. While the service was being carried out, they chose to ride my bike at 83mph (GPS proven)

The bike is suppose be in its running in period for the 1st 1000 miles and it only had 730 miles on the clock.

Luckily I've found this out early enough and it's been reported to Triumph UK, so any issues with my bike will now be down to Triumph UK to put right. But what about other people having issues after their bikes have been abused without the owners knowledge???

Go elsewhere for you're own peace of mind.
