Was quoted £20-£30 when booking online but the driver charged £36 despite no traffic. Was also dropped off at airport arrivals rather than departures so had a short walk to our destination. Driver arrived early and was happy to wait which was good.

The method to book a return journey is too cumbersome, requiring the 3rd party hodpital to initiate a return collection. As a result I had a very long delay before collection - only being dropped at home after 5pm - after finishing my 3:30pm consultation with the dr. The trip from home to the hospital was also very difficult - the driver took a very complex route to the MRI hospital - accordingly I was late checking in and attending my appointment. Which was difficult.

From request less than 2 minutes to betaken to the car. Clean well maintained car and polite driver. Quick safe journey

The man on the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The quote was generated electronically which gave me confidence. It was less than £5 more than the cheapest Uber so it was a no-brainer.
Our driver was with us inside 10 minutes, we were able to wait in the warm, dry terminal and he introduced himself when he arrived. He pushed my wife's suitcase to his car and loaded everything up for us.
His car was clean and smelled nice. He was friendly and chatty without being overbearing. He drove safely and within the speed limits.
He unloaded our bags at home and left after he made sure we got in. He gave us a cheery smile and wave.

Driver was swerving all over the road on a busy duel carriageway. 2 cars almost hit us. Driver was not bothered even when cars were honking there horns.
Lights were on red however driver decided to put his put down to turn right as oncoming traffic had set off. This driver is dangerous and should be taken off the road. Especially as this was ambulance transport for my elderly mum.

Haven't used street cars since my undergraduate days. They're still excellent. Our driver arrived about 10min early today, but was very happy to wait. He was super friendly and a careful driver. Thanks for getting us to the airport on time to go on holiday!

If you want taxi that won’t show up then book this company. I booked in advance for train to airport, and no one showed up!!! Called to check and they said they’re running late, they’ll send someone in 15 min. That’s too late!!! Beyond ridiculous, I hope they go bankrupt because this is taxi company that makes your fear of being late to airport come true. I am beyond frustrated! 🤬

Fabulous no fuss quick friendly service
I am a woman travelling alone it’s nearly midnight and it was great to get home fast. The driver was helpful and friendly and I will recommend Street Cars to other passengers in future
