I placed an order with streetcasuals' associated company, Sick Garms, mid-February and requested a status update on my order both by their contact email and Facebook page (as instructed in my invoice email) some three weeks later. I never received an answer, which was worrying, but I did receive my order in the mail a few days later.

Bargain price on a sale item, delivered next working day. Was a test purchase will be putting a bigger order in soon.

Smelly old pair of running kit left in this 'new' bag.Complained online and customer service was really unapologetic and rude. This bag was clearly not checked for signs of wear and tear!

My order came the day it was supposed to, on my invoice I got a personal message that says to me the people working there actually care about the customers and I would definately be ordering from there again. Along with my order I got a 15% voucher for the next time I order from them.

Placed an order, it was dispatched on the same day and came two days after as expected. Would definitely buy from here again.

Couldn't input the voucher codes for some reason to get a discount (might have been because the item was already on sale?!) but apart from that the item arrived within two days of ordering! very pleased with that time frame.

The service from streetcasuals was very easy and efficient. They had a good deal on the bag I wanted and delivery was very prompt. The bag I got is fantastic and there was a personal message on the delivery note from them which I felt was a really nice touch. I will definitely be buying products from them again and pleased I stumbled across them when searching on the internet.
