Very tasty and easy to add for a quick and convince stable meal

Delicious, responded to an ad via Facebook, from the moment i ordered , to the moment of eating, 5 stars all the way, we haven't eaten everything from the order yet, but so far it looks delicious home cooking, all i have to do is warm it up and take the credit, i will definitely be re ordering thankyou xxx

Everything I ordered was gorgeous, butter chicken slightly a little bit spicy for me, but that is just me every one else loved it the Nan bread was spot on, as was the Bombay chicken, highly recommended, will be ordering again.

I want to start this by saying the food (or at least the small amount I got the chance to try) was absolutely amazing!

However, the customer service and delivery have, in my experience, been completely awful. The food arrived a day later than expected and when I unpacked it, I found it all to have defrosted (all the products are meant to arrive frozen). It appears the courier had decided to take no notice whatsoever of the "MUST BE DELIVERED TODAY" sticker on the top of the box, and proceeded to return it to the depot as I wasn't home when they attempted to deliver.

Fair enough, mistakes happen, so I emailed Street Food Kitchen with an explanation of what happened along with pictures etc to show them how the food arrived...also explaining that the food was no use to me defrosted as I planned to use it for a Christmas buffet at home. This was over a week ago, and to this date I still haven't received an explanation, apology, or any attempt of an offer to replace...in fact, I have had no reply to my emails whatsoever...very poor :'(

The food was excellent very tasty,the butter chicken was a favourite, can't complain about the quality of the food

Some of the curries were very fiery and really needed a heat indicator on the details then I could have chosen more medium ones

The food is good but the cooking instructions are almost entirely abliterated. Would be better if instructions were given separately and not attached to the box.

Arrived very defrosted. Did Email you. No response.

Very good quality food, quick delivery and 3 freebies thrown in too.

Apart from Royal Mail mucking things up, it was a great experience. They now use a different courier So service should be top notch.

Great service. Only improvement needed is to stop the smell of the products from escaping the packaging, as my postman won't stop telling me that he now has a smelly van!
