The overall ordering process is pretty simple, but after looking through some reviews, I had decided to cancel my order. I cannot speak on the quality of the product, nor the time it takes for product to arrive, but I can say that the customer service here seems almost...nonexistent. I can understand a delay for the products to arrive, considering circumstances which fall under us today, but it shouldn't take this long to respond to my request to cancel. So far I have recieved nothing, not even anything saying my request has been denied. Considering other reviews talking about their delays in responses, and such, I would suggest avoiding this place until theyre able to improve their customer service.
(It should also be noted that in order to cancel an order, it needs to be within the first hour of ordering. I had admittedly cutted close and requested in the last 10 minutes, but it should still be a valid request.)

This place fkn sucks lol. Its like they have one person running the entire company. Ordered a jacket 15 days ago and there has been 0 updates on my order. Judging by some other reviews ive read on here, i don’t expect to get it for atleast 2 months. Avoid this place like the plague

I would have given you guys 5 stars but when I went to redeem my 25% discount code it took away my free shipping and made it $5.
So it’s closer to a 22% discount on my product.
It’s literally so small but felt like a slap in the face.
