Trash I ordered my product over a month ago and still have not received anything. I've emailed multiple times and still no one has gotten back to me and the number showing on their website belongs to some real estate coming. I will be disputing this payment with my credit card company

Haven't received the product so how can I rate it?

The order was placed two weeks ago and has not shipped, no updates provided

My order hasn’t arrived and no one responds to my follow up queries

awful , 7 weeks after order still not received and sent numerous messages to their customer service asking for updates then emails asking for a refund and still not received a single reply.

I ordered 1 hoodie on the 15th of February, it is now the 15th of May more than 3 months later I still don't have my product I tried tracking my order using the website and was met with a "this is the first time you have tracked your order please wait while we contact your courier" I waited for 2 hours to no reply, apparently if I haven't been given my product in 60 days I should be issued a refund and that does seem like the case, I would like a refund and my product please

I had to re-order the black long sleeve again because the previous had teared up on within few days of wearing it..hope it doesn't happen again

It's going on week 2 for an order to be prepped and shipped? I only got 2 items.

Update: I'm asking for a refund this wait is just poor customer service. The clothes start looking like they are not worth that much when you are continously waiting.

After waiting two months for a previous order that never arrived, I was issued a store credit. After placing another order a week ago, I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Instead of wasting my time asking "how we did," maybe more time and effort should be placed in delivering what you promise. Hard to be an online retailer when you can't deliver what your customers order

Order never arrived. Very little customer support. Overall terrible experience and will never use this business again.

Ordered in October, still waiting. They sometimes reply to emails telling me they're working on getting me my trousers. I don't believe them.

I ordered from them in November, I had magnets made for my furbaby clients parents for Xmas, love them . Will be ordering again for sure 🥰

Prices great. Received order this week. Print quality on magnets was not what was expected. Colors dim and photo clarity not good. The images sent to Streepit were high quality images. Disappointing.
