BAD BAD BAD....
BAD BAD BAD..... Complaint 1) WRONG SIZE SENT TO ME - I ordered a pair of jeans and within seconds after placing my order, realised the advice was to order a size up from your usual size - so I immediately emailed the company to ask to change my order to a size up and explained that I sometimes do take a bigger size in tight fitting clothes anyway. The reply came back on the same day (surely before the shipment had been processed) and said that the size I ordered should be fine for me (basically disregarding my own opinion on my sizing) - I emailed back again straight away (still on the same day as I placed the order) for a second time and reiterated that I really did think I needed a size up - did not receive a reply - emailed a THIRD TIME asking "did anyone get my last email??" Still no reply - 10 days later the jeans have arrived and they are NOT in the size I requested - I got the smaller size. Pathetic customer service there. Complaint 2) The jeans have NO BUTTON HOLE, where there should be one. Seriously neglectful tailoring there - they didn't even cut the button hole. Now how was I supposed to wear these jeans, even if they were the right size??? Complaint 3) BEWARE THIS COMPANY SELLS ON YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT EVEN ASKING YOU!!! You have to search for this page and find it. I found it too late, after I received the order, while searching for the returns page - I'm sure they will have sold my information by now and that it's too late. They really should be asking their customers' permission at the point of sale. This is entirely out of order and not standard. Complaint 4) In my reading of the returns policy, I come to find that I am expected to pay for the return postage costs as well. Where to I wonder? China??? It doesn't actually make it clear anywhere on their website where in fact they are located, and where the items are shipped from. I had assumed it was a UK company but I should have done my homework. Nevertheless, if I had done my homework, I would have drawn a blank, because there is no address or phone number for this company anywhere on the website - only an email address - check out their Contact page which is completely BLANK apart from the email address. There is another read flag right there. There is no clue whatsoever as to where this company is in fact located.
All in all, if I could give a zero rating I would.
I would like my refund, please, and I would like it without paying another penny for the shipment cost in returning the item back to timbuck-too!
