Drop shipping fraudsters
Why do they take so long to process and get product out the door? Can a rep give a legit answer? Their competitors have the same gear and ship like regular business should. I emailed customer service to ask this question and got a generic answer that wasn't an answer. I'll give you an answer- they drop-ship and have no product on hand. Please go elsewhere until they improve their ungodly long shipping time. Vengeance 78, Rawalty, The shop 147, Fashion Nova and even boohooman are all so much faster. Please take this seriously or prepare to be disappointed. Thanks for your great customer service streetwear official- said no real person ever.

After you name drop all of these brand we also check there shipping policy and it looks like some site make you spend over $400. and still have to pay extra shipping cost for the order to ship out... for them not to ship the order in the time you requested. Some of the site you stated wont even answer their customer. you should really look at all of those store review on shipping. With us shipping cost if based on the wight of the items and the locate of the package. SIMPLE! we ask 7-10 day to be able to fulfill all order that were placed before your. It gives us time to be abel to fulfill everyones order in a timely matter. WE CARE about our customer good or bad review we will always respond to your review. we don't ignore the matter. I rate 3 out of 5 stars. 3 stars for the quality of the hoodies. I love them. The lack of 2 stars for the long wait time.
Didn't ship for a whole month after I places the ordered. I do understand I ordered multiple items and some items might not have been in stock. Paid 259$USD. Which was over 350$ CAD. (Live in Canada)
Not only that. I had to pay custom/import fees. An extra 123$ CAD. But I understand that has nothing to do with you guys(Streetwear Offical). DHL Express Service.
Had to pay over 470$ CAD. Not sure what the currency exchange rate was during the time I ordered. But was 470 something CAD.
But overall. I enjoyed and enjoy the merch. Love the scarface mask.
I will order again sometime.
