Content for courses is fine, but they are lacking in polish and customer service is poor.

The training by Brent was helpful,learnt skills of handling and control,perfect communication skills,restraint positions and great insights.

I did Level 3 Award organization in security control &handling skills. I learnt alot from Brent in this course.
His teaching skills were amazing.
Hope i remeber everything i learnt from him for my future at work.

Good amount of Knowledge from trainer Brent who was able to give first hand experiences to back information being given. He allowed time to process and worded things differently when needed. All questions answered.

Our training was educative with Martin , and I gained valuable knowledge and insight about the importance of this training and how can apply all the technique skills.

Clarifications, de scalation, policy

Very interactive and informative. New policy entries and techniques. Martyn was very personable and happy to answer and clarify as we went along.
Unfortunately had to wait to enter booked room which demonstrated well various parts of lesson

Good and interesting knowledge, very personable trainer Roy. Useful information and techniques. A few more techniques would be useful but limited due to time.
