Not machine washable and disappointing service response
I bought one of your seat covers designed to protect car upholstery from pet mess. It worked really well, but it turns out it's not machine washable - it's not possible to get dog faeces and vomit out and disinfect the cover with what your care instructions suggested: "lukewarm water and a soft brush". I'll likely have to replace it after only one use.
Your team told me you haven't tested the product with stronger detergents and suggested I try machine washing "if you're going to buy another one anyway". This is a disappointing and unsatisfactory response and I'm unhappy with in my overall experience trying your products for the first time.

I have spoken to the support team and as you purchased these seat covers in Australia and there has been no proof of purchase we have concluded this purchase was made from a different company. Unfortunately we do not supply to Australia and so we believe you may have bought these from a company with a similar name to ourselves. I am sorry we could not been of help, we hope you can get this fixed!

Streetwise support is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with a tracker app and they went above and beyond to sort this for me.
Please don’t return products before emailing their support team. They are there to help and overcome any issues.
