Gave my motivation to train a huge boost

I first worked with Shaun over 10 years ago for a ‘body transformation’ project, but had the opportunity to link up with him again at the start of this year - this time with very different goals following a mountain bike accident which left me with a broken collarbone in 2024.

After digging into my goals, preferences and time commitments, Shaun designed a programme that works well with my lifestyle, enabling me to fit the gym sessions in without impacting on family life – a key factor for me.

As an experienced trainer myself, I’d hoped it might just help me give me a little bit more focus to my training, but I’d forgotten just how much of a difference following a personalised programme makes to both motivation and results. Over the last few weeks I’ve enjoyed my gym training more than I have for probably a few years now. I feel as strong as I did in my 30s (whole body, not just the dodgy shoulder!) and the positive improvements to body composition have been a nice bonus.

Going into my next phase of training I’m feeling confident I’ll see even more progress, and ready to look for my next fitness challenge.

Lifestyle overhaul

I've been working with Shaun for nearly a year now, can honestly say he's revolutionised my life.

The main driver behind our coach/client success has been his focus on lifestyle change, rather than a 'one size fits all' fitness plan. As well as dropping fat, building muscle and generally feeling like I look better is feeling better overall.

My resting heart rate has dropped from 75bpm to 52bpm without excessive cardio. Furthermore, my focus is the best it's ever been - achieving more in the last 12 months, in terms of career and aspirational goals, than I have in years.

I also still get to enjoy going to the pub, meals out and seeing friends - without having a 'punishment' for it.

The key things in Shaun's approach that differ from other coaches:
1. A bespoke approach that changes dynamically on a weekly process
2. Very personal approach with regular check ins, despite remotely coaching
3. An understanding that you're a person with pressures and a life to live
4. Breaks built into the process and planned around life events/holiday - so you can enjoy to the maximum
5. Gives you autonomy over the process, whilst taking the effort out of the thought. Most of us that work with Shaun have decision fatigue from high pressure lives, but like to maintain control - his approach allows exactly for that.
If you're willing to put the work in, I would highly recommend working with Shaun to overhaul your lifestyle and achieve your goals.

Awesome Experience

Shaun is there for you. He provides guidance on nutrition, answering questions and helping you to better understand the impact of various foods on your body. His workouts are well thought out and change as you improve but also when you travel to reflect the gym at the hotel you're staying in. He motivates, encourages and makes you want to be better. And he's simple a very positive person.

Shaun has been an absolute professional in guiding me through my health and fitness journey. Shaun understands the importance of playing the long game when it comes to the overall health and fitness approach. Outstanding Coaching Experience – Highly Recommend!

I’ve been working with Shaun on and off for the past few years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best in the business. There are a few things that really stood out to me during our time working together:

First and foremost, there’s no sugar-coating with him. He’s honest, straightforward, and tells you exactly what you need to hear. This kind of honesty is refreshing and motivating, especially when you’re serious about reaching your goals.

The personalised plan he created for me was incredibly detailed and tailored specifically to my needs. It covered everything from nutrition and workouts to recovery, ensuring that I was making the most impact with every aspect of my health journey.

His regular check-ins were another huge plus. He consistently assessed my weekly performance and adjusted the plan as needed based on my progress, which kept me on track and always moving forward.

The app he uses is also fantastic. Everything is logged seamlessly, making it easy to keep track of daily habits and turn them into routines.

But above all, the accountability he brought to the table was the biggest benefit. Knowing that I had someone in my corner, keeping me responsible and focused, made all the difference.

If you’re looking for a coach who is both no-nonsense and deeply invested in your success, I highly recommend Shaun. He’s been excellent, and I’ve seen real results working with him.

Very lucky for this training experience

This is not my first time following meal plans, training apps and stuff like that, but I received a DM from coach Shaun and we started talking, that's how I heard about him and then I checked his IG profile. After having a meeting I decided to hire him as my personal trainer. I'm seeing results already and I'm learning how to maintain this changes in my lifestyle, I feel less fisical effort but more discipline, consistency and target points than ever. Shaun is a very down to earth person, he always replies to the messages and he is just like a real and authentic guy, I feel confident to ask questions or just simply send him photos and texts about my progress, and I always
get and answer, very lucky for being taught by him.

Dream coach

Shaun is the dream coach. Super knowledgeable and experienced, always available for support and coaching, is always 10 steps ahead and helps you achieve goals whilst navigating life. He gets results, fast!! On top of that, he's a top guy! Couldn't recommend him more wholeheartedly.

Fantastic Coach and PT

I have worked with Shaun many times over the years and he has been a fantastic coach and personal trainer. He’s helped me get into brilliant shape and loose the dad bod.

I will continue to work with him over time to help me achieve my goals. I cant recommend Shaun enough.

Highly recommend!

Shaun is a great personal trainer. For a while I was traveling a lot for work so my workouts had to be adjusted regularly. I would send him photos of the equipment in the hotel gym and the next day I would always have adjusted workouts utilizing the available equipment. He regularly checks in and works with any injuries you may have to work around. He is also great at recommending supplements and great food choices. I’ve definitely had a a 5 star experience with him!

Working with Shaun

I contacted Shaun through LinkedIn and been working with him for about 5 weeks, he sets up your training and meals around what you like so it’s easily followed. He keeps you on track with his check ins and phone calls and everything is on his easy to use app.

First class personal training service

I cannot recommend Shaun's personal training services enough. The experience he provides is truly top-notch, as he not only helps you achieve your fitness goals but also imparts knowledge that allows you to continue progressing on your own. The app he uses is fantastic, providing everything from nutrition guidance with macros to personalized exercises and one-on-one communication. The accountability and personal metric tracker are invaluable tools that help keep you on track and motivated.

Shaun's years of experience and countless client hours shine through in the customized and comprehensive training program he offers. At 46, I was looking to maintain a good physique and focus on mobility and longevity, and Shaun's guidance has been instrumental in helping me achieve these goals. Professional on line training

Shaun and I have worked together for just over a year and the experience has been fantastic. Shaun and I set monthly goals and he tailors the workouts, cardio and macros to my specific goals. I have worked with trainers in the past that only did workouts - Shaun provided a full wrap around service of nutrition, workout planning, goal setting and most importantly mutual accountability. Shaun is always available to connect via the app / on line and his in depth knowledge and expertise really makes the process easy and stress free. The app is a game changer and is very easy to use and work with - I upload videos for Shaun to provide feedback on form, tempo and technique. Since starting my journey with Shaun I have seen my body transform in a positive and consistent manner. He's very adept at working with people who have had historical injuries to make sure they don't get hurt and tweaks and adjusts as needed.

I would highly recommend Shaun for anyone who is starting or currently in their fitness journey. This is a game changer

Great coaching

I started working with Shaun as my trainer about 18 months ago. I was looking for someone to help me on my fitness journey. I had started this journey two years ago and I wanted to take things to the next level. In working with Shaun I have seen a huge transformation losing over 50 pounds, gaining a lot of muscle and strength through the process. I am now in the best shape of my life.

Shaun’s knowledge about the right training programs and diet for me was excellent. He was great at developing a program which was right for me and helped me achieve my goals. He is always available to respond to check-ins, calls etc, which was a huge help in my transformation. The app that he has developed has been a great tool to assist me in my fitness journey, tracking performance in the gym, calories, weight, etc…

I would recommend Shaun to anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level and get in the best shape of their life.

Depth of knowledge and fitness expertise

I've been leaning on Shaun's depth of knowledge and expertise in the fitness space since 2017 - in the 7 years that we've worked together, he has helped me achieve and surpass my goals, both mental and physical. I truly attribute a lot of my success to the work we've put in together in the gym and kitchen, equipping me with the right tools to tackle each day efficaciously. I've been a Shaun client for almost two years and can highly recommend him to anyone willing to transform their body.

Shaun provides personalized training and nutrition plans, complemented by weekly check-ins and monthly reassessments, all tailored to ensure I achieve my fitness goals.
Thanks to that, I earned my best-ever physique, which I'm grateful for.

The app is handy; you can easily track your body weight, nutrition, steps, etc., and what's most essential for me is to track progress with weights on every session.
You have all you need to achieve proper results.

I decided to reach out to Shaun 2 years…

I decided to reach out to Shaun 2 years ago now, just as I was recovering from knee surgery. It was the best decision I made. The attention to detail and tailored plan was exactly what I needed.

I had always been a gym goer but never really seen proper results. All this changed when I started working with Shaun. The nutritional guidance and gym programming have been second to none and have really enabled me to achieve results I didn’t think possible.

If hypertrophy or strength training is your goal, Shaun will have you covered. I have never enjoyed my training as much.

Nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail is as good as it gets. I personally couldn’t ask for anymore from a coach.

Highly recommend!

World class on-line training.I first connected with Shaun about 2…

I first connected with Shaun about 2 years ago when I was working on a long term work assignment and my health and fitness had gotten away from me. Shaun tailored a program for me, taking into account the constraints in my life, that focused on convenient nutrition, walking, sleep and the limited gym time I had to work with. The results were astonishing. I lost 30 lbs in about 4 months but just as importantly I experienced a full health and wellbeing reset that improved my weight, fitness, sleep, energy levels and overall outlook.
I’ve since returned home and continue to work with Shaun in more of a maintenance mode focusing on keeping at my ideal weight while getting stronger, improving flexibility, and avoiding injury. We’ve worked through several phases now targeting fat-loss, hypertrophy and strength gains each planned throughout the year to complement my golf and snowboarding seasons. Shaun stays on top of my progress and tweaks my diet and programs to keep me moving forward. It’s been fantastic!
Shaun is a world class strength and fitness coach who’s learned from and worked with the best of the best in his industry. He’s taken online coaching to a new level and we’re fortunate to have easy access to such a nice and talented guy. Thanks so much Shaun.

Amazing results

After years of going to the gym and never seeing the results I wanted I decided to do an online course together with some face-to-face training a few years ago and the results were incredible. Shaun’s attention to detail is brilliant making tweaks along the way as he sees the progress photos and weight. After just 10 weeks the difference between the before and after photos was unbelievable. I was so impressed that I did it again with Shaun earlier this year and as long as you stick to his guidance - especially on the diet- you will see results.

Oh and most importantly Shaun is a really great guy and it was always fun on calls and the banter over messages.

Incredible Guidance, Support and Advice

I have been working with Shaun for nearly 18 months. Before we started I thought I was in relatively good shape ( I was wrong) and wanted to take it a step further.

From the outset the guidance, support and advice from Shaun has been 2nd to none. Implementing his bespoke programme for me has not only changed my physique, but more importantly given me more energy all day, made me far stronger plus given me an excellent understanding of food, diet and training.
No question is one to many for Shaun and he is always available to keep you on track and accountable. If often feels like he only has me on the books.

What set's the programme further apart is that you can still enjoy your life, food out etc..but it teaches you how to prepare for those moments whilst still achieving the goals you want.

Highly highly recommend. You can go into this thinking you want to transform your body aesthetically, but you'll actually come out changing your approach to life completely for the better.
