I had a 1-1 hip opening session with Rhesha last week and absolutely loved it. Rhesha was so warm and welcoming, and she made me feel at ease from the start. I really enjoyed the session and found it really helpful. I’ll definitely be back to book more sessions!
You receive great encouragement to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Blu, is friendly and make syou feel at ease throughout the class. I highly recommend.
I signed up for the 61-Day Challenge for one main reason: the promised daily check-ins. They sell you the idea of constant accountability and having a coach in your corner to keep you on track every single day. It sounds like exactly what you need to build discipline until you actually start.
For the first 14 days, I did my part. I put in the work and sent my daily IG check ins. Then, complete silence. My messages were left on unread, and the daily support I was promised vanished into thin air. There was no explanation, no backup coach stepping in, just absolute silence.
If you are paying for an accountability program and the coach can't even be bothered to open DM after two weeks, the entire setup is a scam. I stopped doing the challenge because the foundation of it—the support system—was a complete lie. When the person who is supposed to hold you accountable quits on you, it kills all your momentum.
Do not waste your time, energy, or money on a program that abandons you less than a quarter of the way through. Find a challenge that actually delivers on its promises, because this one does not.
In the world where everyone is a coach. Blu is excellent, gets straight to business and will push you accordingly. Show up ready to learn and leave feeling amazing!
Client for life 👌🏽
I booked 1:1 hips and back via zoom
I love Rhesha's classes. Super motivating, great stretches and such a positive vibe. My hips felt incredible after 😍 will book again when you come back in Maltaa ❤️
Blu was such an amazing teacher! So glad I took the plunge and attending the class. She assisted us with every move and was very patient with me particularly as this was my first class.
Unfortunately the video glitches for me but the content is great, when I am able to watch and the video is not glitches.
Really enjoyed and got a lot out of it, will definitely go again for the Sunday class if I'm free.
Thanks
I signed up for Stretch & Flex because I was specifically looking for something that wasn’t yoga — and this delivered exactly that.
I completed the 61-day flexibility challenge, and what I loved most was how new and fresh every session felt. There was a huge variety of movements and stretches, many of which I’d never done before (and I’ve tried a lot of yoga and stretching programmes).
One important thing to highlight is the strict structure of the challenge: if you miss two days, you’re out. This was actually the reason I signed up. The rules were communicated very clearly and repeatedly before purchase, so there were no surprises. Personally, this suited me perfectly — I’m an Obliger (from Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies) and I respond really well to external accountability.
That said, even knowing the rules, I was still a bit shocked when I once submitted a check-in late (i.e. the following day) and it counted as a strike. It didn’t feel great in the moment, but it was exactly what I needed. From that point on, I didn’t miss a single day, regardless of illness, work pressure, travel, flights, or Christmas. The accountability worked for me!
It helped that most sessions were around 30 minutes (excluding warm-up), which made them surprisingly easy to fit in if I planned ahead.
In terms of support, Blu’s contact was encouraging and motivating throughout. She didn’t reply to every single check-in, but when she did, the feedback was genuinely helpful and kept me on track.
I also really appreciated the certificate at the end :-)
This challenge won’t be for everyone. If you think you’ll want flexibility around check-ins or to negotiate the rules, it probably isn’t a good fit. But if you want structure, discipline, variety, and real accountability — I’d absolutely recommend it.
Its my second time attending the men's flexibility class. Again, I met some amazing men. Rhesha made us feel extremely comfortable and worked us to the bone whilst also bringing in a nutritionist to answer questions in regards to food and health. Although it being challenging, it felt great mentally to get through another class. I love this class so much.

After blocking me she has continued to use my posts on her instagram even though I have asked her multiple times to take it down. Very unprofessional and has sent me an email that reads as follows
Hiya! Thank you so much for continuing to support me. I appreciate you bringing me more clientele from your posts although you must think you’re stopping something here. All my now 14k followers will love you and your progress videos! Bless you and your minions 🙏🏾 New Year’s resolutions for you: 1: Dont lie when theres receipts. Several pictures of you and thank you messages? 2: Get in the gym. 3: Work on your accountability (When you post this make sure you get in my @😂 @Rhesha_athlete) Happy new year
Still now hasn’t taken my post down and sent me this email. Very weird behaviour LOOOL
Highly unprofessional and scam adjacent I wouldn’t give this business my money. Owner is rude and will decide not to give you the service you’ve paid for if she feels like it.
I’m extremely disappointed by my experience with stretch and flex and the coach, particularly as I’ve been a client since 2021. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important for others to understand the type of service they may be paying for.
Over time, there have been repeated issues with communication and professionalism, with concerns I raised often being met in a dismissive rather than an understanding manner.
Most recently, during the 61-day challenge, important rules around check-ins, missed days, and removal from the challenge were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. It was only after payment that participants were informed of the very strict “removal rule.” Despite consistently communicating in advance, providing proof of completion, and explaining illness and technical issues, days were removed and I was ultimately kicked out of the challenge over submissions sent minutes past midnight.
What made this experience unacceptable was the way I was spoken to as a paying client. When I raised concerns calmly and asked for clarification, I was spoken to rudely, directly called “childish,” accused of playing victim, and told I lacked accountability. I was also threatened with being taken to court simply for questioning the service and requesting a refund, which I found highly unprofessional. Overall, the tone of communication was often rude , sarcastic and disrespectful.
After several times of giving her the benefit of the doubt I decided to provide constructive feedback and requested a refund, I was blocked, removed from her app while my posts were still kept online to promote her page. Some of this content was shared without my consent.
While the coach is knowledgeable and the stretches themselves are helpful (managing to get my split ), the lack of clarity, dismissive attitude, and unprofessional communication entirely outweighed any positives. Interacting with her became stressful and anxiety-inducing due to unpredictable and hostile responses. Considering the way issues were handled after payment was taken, the service felt misleading and not delivered in good faith.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
Certainly! Please provide the review you would like me to rephrase, and I'll assist you with that.
I attended the Fire Core & Hip Opening Class and i enjoyed! It was challenging in the best way — I could feel all the muscles I worked the next day. Blu is a great instructor: motivating, friendly, and really attentive to form and gets straight to the point. I’d definitely attend the class again in the future, just not at the moment. Highly recommended! Check it out

Rhesha has honestly pushed me and been a staple in my fitness journey this year. Whether it’s assisted stretching session after a heavy weight training day or a hip opening session to perfect my splits. Really grateful I found her as my flexibility and form for weight training has improved since doing sessions with her.

My first class with Rhesha/Blu was a fun and emotional experience. She was very understanding to my personal situation and tailored the class to my needs. Rhesha was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend these classes to people that definitely suffer from pain..
I had a great 1-1 stretching session with Blu. Working on my mobility and strengthening up, she was very informative and helped me keep motivated throughout. I’ll defo book again :)
