⭐ 1 STAR – MISLEADING TRACKING, FAKE US SHIPPING, TOTAL FAILURE
I ordered Christmas posters on November 28, 2025 to decorate my home for my young child.
As of January 9, 2026, NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. Christmas has been over for weeks, making this purchase completely useless.
This seller misrepresents the shipping origin.
The tracking link provided directly by THEM made the shipment appear to be coming from the United States, while in reality the package was shipped from China. This was not clearly or transparently disclosed at the time of purchase and is extremely misleading.
It took around two weeks just to process the order, and after that I only received generic replies and excuses about “system delays.” No real assistance, no responsibility taken.
They rely on cheap, very slow couriers, provide misleading tracking information, and fail completely at delivering time-sensitive products. Selling Christmas items that do not arrive before Christmas shows a total lack of professionalism.
This order was meant for a child’s Christmas decoration. The seller completely failed and ruined the entire purpose of the purchase.
Deceptive practices, terrible service, and zero reliability.
This is not a trustworthy business. Avoid at all costs.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam, they give a usa tracking number and then change to a china post one. Chinese company pretending to be usa or german. Have claimed through Paypal since Christmas decorations ordered in November only arrived today which I have refused to accept. Every complaint receives the same reply, ie dearest customer please wait a few more days. They did return the amount they had overcharged me, some 5 euros, through Paypal.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Item purchased on 26th November. Till today 11th December after claiming almost everyday they sent me TWO different Tracking for the shipping !?!?!?!
One is said to be at USA Customs to be shipped the other is said to be in China Customs to be shipped. Everytime I ask them what's going on and after claiming I bought from a Warehouse in Germany not in USA or China they only tell me to wait. Already asked several times for FULL REFUND but nothing happens.
Thsi is a complete SCAMM. Run away from this Company
