Internal misalignment meant I was asked to resend documents that were already on file, and my request for guidance was declined because it did not fit their internal process. Ultimately, the company chose to terminate the collaboration rather than address these issues. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I will be seeking another broker firm.
