Don’t use these guys - they make up a bogus reason to ask you to provide a picture of your card and then cancel your account

Don't use if you value your money
I put the app on my phone, then funded it from my bank account two days ago. Since then, I can't do anything at all with the money I put in there. The app kept saying I needed to contact support. So I did, and yesterday morning around 7am, I got a note from strike.me saying they needed to look into my issue and would contact me when they had an update. I didn't hear back, so I wrote back to their "support" (lol) and told them I just wanted to close my account and get my funds back. I haven't heard back, and it's 10:14pm Day 2 since I supposedly opened my account. There's a charge for $125 from a Nevada bank now when I check my bank account that I used for funding.
Good app
I signed up for Strike when I learned about it last year. At that time you could only connect your bank account to it. Also, at that time they gave a $5 incentive for signing up and connecting a bank account. Cool, I did and got the $5. They now offer $11 for signing up and connecting an account. Now they let yoy connect your debit card but I tried to connect my bank card and it wouldn't let me. It didn't say in the app why but since I wasn't expecting to spend any money, I had transactions turned off. I got an email that said they tried to charge my $1 and some change. I guess I won't be connecting my card then. Smh.
