Poor customer service and no warranty
Bought over a thousand dollars worth of there pistol chasis and brace, the alpha 2 bought the whole package plus the polymer one the one my problem is with is the more expensive one the alpha bought the chasis the large comp everything. With the p320 installed to factory specs it would not hold zero and the peaning of the aluminum from where the slide was riding was ridiculous there website says they have tight tolerances and may happen a little but mine was more then a little and the slide was hitting the frame installed comp hence probably the accuracy problems, I contacted them by email they responded in about a month after I emailed them again letting them know I was going to leave a bad review there excuse was they are so busy and had technical problems sure they did so I emailed them back in about a week with a explanation and a picture of the problem which they asked for and what I got was crickets even with two follow up emails, so in my opinion there customer service sucks and although there product looks great it's basically junk and after they get your money there done with you, so be aware this could happen to you never again and I will tell as many people as I can stay away there thiefs.
