App not working properly

App not working properly. Love barre burn and power pilates video classes but not working, contacted customer services countless times but nothing is improving. Not able to change fitness plans according to wishes.

Beware of small prints!

Paid the annual but didn’t comb throuhg the website, it was hidden somewhere in small print that it’s an auto renewal. After a year, I was charged again without a heads up, which I wasn’t prepared for. Customer service has no flexibility or understanding and they won’t refund even though I mailed them the second I got the email that I was charged again.

The app has bugs and the workouts are just too long.

Don't download this app

don't download this app, I have been unable to cancel it for at least a year and I'm still getting charged. I have tried to contact the strng team repeatedly with no response. I have been unable to cancel through my bank or the app store, avoid at all costs! I fear I will be paying for the app for the rest of my life! non-existent customer service and that app itself isn't worth your money. After the update I had to change my password deach tine I wanted to login, once I'm finally into the app it consistently freezing and then logs me out again and don't even bother listening to music of it does work as that will just kick you out app. Terrible app!

Unfair Customer Support

I bought the app after following Lisa and Romaine on line for some time. I used it for about 3 months but the app was not great, my gym sessions were taking so long because I couldn't log things properly, glitches in the app and it re-starting a session when I was halfway through logging and it wiped everything is already input.
Then a year on £68 was taken from my bank, no warning, no email to say it was going to be taken at a certain date.
I was offered a 20% refund when I raised it and said no, I wanted it escalated further. Then another no.
Really unhappy, they supposedly care about their followers. Despite not using the app I still followed their content on Social media but now I just see them as opposite to the image they create. Not wholesome, not supportive or understanding.

DON’T BUY!!

DON’T BUY!!! The app has so many bugs. It is absolutely useless. Customer “service” always replying with a long “thank you blah blah blah….we will get back to you shortly” and then you hear nothing. Sending follow-up they answer “I have now escalated…blah blah” and you hear nothing back again and it just continues like that. I bought a one year subscription and haven’t been able to use the app i.e. was never given the product they sold me, but they refuse to refund and after 7 months I’m still not able to use the app.

Taking money out of account

I had a membership with STRNG. It was a one-year membership. I did not renew. I did not authorize or request a renewal let alone give them permission to take money out of my bank account. I have made about five attempts via email. I received an initial response my first email which they indicated they could not locate my account, I have not received any acknowledgment or attempt to refund my money. It would be professional and good business practice to acknowledge your customers. In all fairness they have had ample time to acknowledge my emails with a response and refund the money they took out of my account.

Always something not working right

The app has recently had a change (not noticeably really an upgrade) just a change, but the problem is even with the overhaul, there is still always something going wrong with it.

At present i am experiencing problems with logging the last part of each workout, which then doesnt record it and says I have not completed it when I know I have. A bit frustrating after over a year of the the last app and the new one not really working to the level you would expect, which is such a shame as the workouts are fine and coaches great.

For me if you're paying for an app it should be faultless and this one never seems to be.

Can't recomment it

The app is not working very well and nobody is answering mails. I paid forc1 year and after the opdate I had to pay again. Nobody is answering my mails. I send several reminder but nothing happend.

Dysfunctionnal app

Missing link between Google pay and the account service. Despite the subscription cancellation, money is still taken. Helpdesk refused to refund for that app dysfunction.
