Lack Of Communication
I wasn’t given any info on a shortage as to some lights we purchased for our department, we purchased 8 & only received 2, I called them & they said they’re short supplied & having to wait for the other 6 to come in, told me it’ll be another month. Might not hurt to relay that info when making the order, thanks!

Not impressed with the Trudual 2.0…
Not impressed with the Trudual 2.0 eflood light. The positive is the light works great, amazing illumination, easy install. The things I wish could be changed. First would be the option to have the flood on and the warning on at the same time and not in a warning mode at a minimum if you purchase the end lights allow them to stay in warning mode and be able to use the flood mode. Lastly more flash pattern options

Had a $6k in house build on an FD…
Had a $6k in house build on an FD utility truck. Even though they said the whelen lightbar and Havis console would be a 4-6 week lead, it was delivered 4 days later. When ordering the rep was great to work with and very accommodating. Been using SNM for years. Never any complaints.

Don’t make a mistake on your order
Don’t make a mistake on your order. They will screw you if it’s a non returnable item. Their website ordering is crappy. I called and explained the issue, they couldn’t care less. They had my money. That’s all that matters to those East Coasters.

Good but could be better...
I would have given 5 stars for the product and speed of delivery but customer service through the chat left my question unanswered with zero follow up. Everyone is allowed a one off but the product wasn't cheap and I needed an answer before committing. Overall good experience but customer service needs to step up their game, particularly since your competitors had the identical product for less before holiday discounts.
