We’d like to provide some clarification regarding your recent return.
The CCP9 unit that was shipped to you was part of your original order. We understand that you intended to exchange it for a CCP. However, when we received the CCP9 as a return, the original product box had been used as the shipping box and was covered with fourteen (14) postage stamps.
As outlined in our return/exchange policy, all returned items must be received in their original packaging, free from markings, labels, or damage. Unfortunately, because the product packaging was altered, we were unable to process the exchange and have returned the item to you.
I have not received my order yet .

Never an Issue with Stobes N More
I have worked with Strobes N More for over 4 years now as part of a fleet manager. Their service is on time, work is impeccable and if there was ever an issue, they addressed it with no questions asked. They have fixed what others have poorly installed.
They only use equipment that is meant to last and definitely worth the extra cost. The service department always explains what work they would be doing so I had a clear understanding of what was being done. Do not hesitate to have Strobes N More be your go to for all vehicle installations!!

I have been using Strobes N' More…
I have been using Strobes N' More equipment for almost a year and a half, so I can honestly tell you what's what. I took it for personal use - I installed it on my company car (I work in a security company, sometimes I go out on calls where I need to mark a car on the road). Before this tried several other brands, but either the light is weak, or the assembly is so bad. So I decided to invest in something reliable.
Took two main products from them: E6 line (LED strobes) and E Series Mini Lightbar.
The first thing I liked was the power of the light. Even during the day, in bright weather, the flashes can be seen far away. It's not just flashing for the sake of a tick - it really marks the car. At night - in general as a spotlight. In the settings you can choose different flash modes, it is convenient for different tasks. Mounting is clear, quality wiring, with normal protection from moisture (for me it was critical, as I am often in the rain and snow). The fasteners are also good - they have not fallen off once during the whole time, even with frequent washing.
The case is made of durable polycarbonate, not cracked and not clouded (I had a problem once on my old equipment when the light gets cloudy over time - I didn't notice such a problem here). Power supply is stable, even when the car was parked in winter at -15, everything started normally.
