Item never arrived. Terrible company

Item never arrived. One response only to multiple messages, they said 'awaiting tracking from royal mail' but a year later the item has not arrived.
They owe me a refund!

Rude staff

I asked a member of shop floor, she turned to a colleague and continued to have a full conversation in a foreign language. As I had no idea what they were saying, I felt this was rude, another customer commited on this.

Terrible service - Rip off company

We ordered a £30 Owala water bottle that arrived broken. No returns details were supplied. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and in multiple ways over a 3 week period but no response has been received. Extremely poor service. Would advise all to avoid wasting your money here.

Don't buy from this company

Ordered a stanley cup in pale pink. This order seemed to take along time as when I tracked it it said on its way. The cup finally turned up it was a fake poor quality my granddaughter would never have been able to open it. We have tried to contact the company to return it but with no avail. Even the straw is fake.
Don't buy from this company I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my money.

Don’t order - bottle never came

I ordered a bottle on the 3rd of august. Got told it is being shipped on the 26th (baring in mind it was meant to be a present for the 30th august) never came. Contacted Stroid on multiple occasions no response. It’s now 5th October and it’s not come and I’ve not heard anything.

Issues with delivery. First received the wrong item, then what I ordered, apparently a Stanley Cup nearly 2 months late

Not a Stanley Cup, not in branded box, no logo, cheap counterfeit and not even the colour I ordered

Originally company responded to my initial delivery issues but did not respond to frequent messages requesting a return and refund.

I ordered a Stanley Cup and got a cup with Stroid on it. Don’t order a Stanley cup from this site, you won’t get what you ordered.
