Order never arrived and they refused to refund. Disputed with PayPal. I hope I’ll atleast recover my money. I agree with last review on trustpilot they don’t have any tracking no. To provide.
Over a month since an order was placed. They refuse to refund my money and provided a fake tracking number for shipping.
Don't order from this company. They are from China not Australia.
I bought cuddlenest 6 in 1 and it has been a nightmare. The quality of this product is horrible. Part on top of which mattress goes is so flimsy that you cannot trust it even with a baby's weight. There were screws missing, and no instructions were included, just a leaflet showing what the components are that too in chinese. I have tried to return this product, but they only give the option of replacement or store credit. I cannot trust another product from them so both options are useless for me. So please be mindful before buying this product
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a cot from this company, and it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the cot came with a mattress. They informed me it didn’t, so I requested the exact mattress dimensions and followed their instructions carefully to buy a separate one. Unfortunately, the mattress does not fit — the measurements they provided were completely inaccurate. Even the dimensions listed on their website are misleading. The actual cot is significantly smaller. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, they apologized and said someone would get in touch to resolve it. That never happened. Now, I’m left with a mattress I can’t use and can’t return — a total waste of money. To make matters worse, the company claims to be Australian and advertises that the cot is made from New Zealand wood. In reality, what I received was a product shipped from China, with Chinese branding, Chinese instructions, and no trace of what was promised. This company is misleading, unprofessional, and not transparent. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t waste your money.
