If you start asking hard questions regarding your pay deductions the company start getting very condescending towards you all sweetness and light at the beginning not very nice when you start asking questions regarding pay.
From the start be honest with your drivers . Abort the umbrella payment scheme. If you are a HGV Driver find another agency. Some are very good. This bunch are sadly below that level. In 3 words. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I worked for them as a labourer.
They put you through an umbrella company that charges £25 a week to process your wages, also they put you on PAYE where you pay all the tax -yours & the employer(agency),I spoke to the girl in the agency about this, she couldn't careless, started to get angry & asked me in an aggressive tone"what are you going to do about it"!!!.I left the job that day & let the boss of the company I was working for know the reason why. Don't waste your time with this agency!!!
