As I went through the pre-approval process, one of my first questions to Celine was "Are you sure about this is going to work?" and she said, "yeah I'm very sure". As a new home buyer, trusting someone who know what they are doing was the biggest factor for me through this process. I am so happy with how this experience panned out and would highly recommend Celine and Strong Home Mortgage!

everything was fine except for the underwriter nitpicking. From the beginning collect all assets if possible so as to not create a storm on every transaction. Even send wire instructions for down payent from day 1. will save everyone a lot of headache. if the person doesn't trust the attorney to reutnr the money then dump them as a client or else check that their 2.5 trillion market cap employer is not giving them drug money

I am soooo glad I did. Not only did their rate come in significant lower, they also offered credits in lieu of crazy charges like others, and I had a solid pre-approval in hand in no time. We've purchased many times and this was the easiest and most transparent transaction of them all.
