Collected order of bright beer (Tom Long and Budding) three days after order was placed. Friendly and helpful staff, despite being very busy.
Beer was greatly enjoyed and well priced.

I already know that the SB beer is very good but my recent order was despatched exceedingly promptly - ordered late on Friday and delivered Monday morning - excellent service!

We visited Stroud in 2022, since tasting their Budding organic Ale, we cannot stop ordering it to be delivered. It’s fantastic. The service is second to none, once ordered, it’s generally delivered within a couple of days., you can’t ask for better than that. We coming up to the Cotswolds again this year, and will definitely be visiting the brewery.

Loved the packaging but one of the cans came damaged and as it’s a gift I was a little disappointed.

Great beers and a fine tap room for those looking for a decent meal in company.
Only negative was that, despite being local, I had to have my beer delivered because pick-ups seemed to be limited to the weekend only and I was ordering on a Monday.

It was great to order a voucher for a present but I couldn’t find a link to send it straight to the person for whom I bought it. It had to come to me and then I had to forward this. It would be good to have a link to do this.

system needs a look - I had ordered for pickup from the brewery - had an email saying order out for delivery - then another apologising - then one saying the order was ready for collection. Went in to collect and they had no record of the order - I showed the note that it was ready and they - after 15 minute delay and a request for me to sign paperwork before they would give it to me - gave me the order.

I have a subscription for the IPA. It is a beautiful, well balanced organic beer. Great delivery service. And a B Corp. What more can I say!

You were fine but the delivery not so good. Got an email just after 9.00 am telling me it would come between 13.07 and 14.07. But I had already left to walk the fells. When I got home it was on the doorstep but the delivery email said it was in the porch which I do not have. The photo was a view up the street with no sign of my dwelling. Fortunately it was not raining!
