Dreadful
Dreadful. Ordered no gin which was in stock. Two days later told it was out of stock. Then waited two more days for a letter of refund only to be told that could take 10 days before I get the money back. Very poor customer service.

The item I bought did not arrive. I have raised a query with orders@strykk.*** but so far I have not had a reply. I am concerned that I have been scammed.
UPDATE: Although orders@strykk.*** did not get back to me, the product (which I like) did eventually arrive. So, though I was displeased with the service, it has been a story with a happy ending.

Lots of alcohol free spirits on the market now but little joy finding alcohol free vodka - my tipple of choice. Mixed with tonic - I am fooled into thinking I have the real McCoy! I love this guilty free pleasure after a hard day's work. Got a great deal on Styrkk's website so I stocked up and I'll be back for more!!
