I do not recommend booking through this company.
I booked 4 rooms at a hotel in Amsterdam, but due to the current situation in the Gulf, the guests were unable to obtain travel visas as the embassies were closed. I provided all the necessary documents to prove this situation, yet they refused to cancel the booking and charged me the full amount.
In contrast, one of my colleagues booked the same hotel directly during the same period, and the hotel was very understanding and cancelled the reservation without any penalty.

Our experience with Stuba was extremely frustrating and financially damaging. For Umrah passengers, the hotel approval (Nusuk) code is essential for visa approval, yet Stuba failed to secure it despite us working with them for nearly three days. The hotel would not deal with us directly, so Stuba was our only contact — and they still could not handle the task.
They have no physical staff on the ground in Saudia, rely on multiple third-party intermediaries that slow everything down, and lack the knowledge needed to follow Saudi government requirements. Because of their failure and refusal to take responsibility, we had to pay extra visa fees, causing a significant financial loss.
We cannot recommend Stuba to anyone booking Saudi hotels, especially for Makkah and Madinah. A very disappointing experience.
