Found the purchasing process very simple and clear, some issues arise with some non clarification in terms of rows or seats but I get it is the seller's fault just like the pricing. As a software, I find it really intuitive and useful.

I really liked the experience. The buying process was simple and everything worked perfectly. I received my tickets within a few days and everything went exactly as expected. What I liked the most is that the platform feels reliable and secure.

They sent my ticket to the wrong direction (another STATE) and I warned them about my FAKE TICKET 24 hours before the event and they didn’t respond, they did nothing about it, of course it was a fake one!
UPDATED review:
Juan Carlos M ontacted me by phone so we could clarify the situation, and he offered me a coupon for a future purchase. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything at this point, but it’s good to know they take responsibility for what happened and that it doesn’t just end as a bad experience.
