Avoid at all cost, terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 x Cat 1 tickets for £300 (in England section) for euro semi-final. Received 2 x Cat 3 tickets (in Sweden Section) that I could have bought for £90 on StubHub. They offered me a £60 refund??!!

Since then they completely blank any form of communication.

Very straight forward, got a ticket to a West Ham game and had no issues with the ticket. It was sent to me about 24hrs before. No complaints from me.

I booked and paid for preseason match tickets to Barcelona v Roma the match was cancelled and a full refund was returned to my Bank account promptly.

Sold invalid tickets and refused to give any contact to the original buyer, as well as not providing us with and order number. Also waited 7 months for a ticket because the website did not make it clear that they do not ship tickets outside of the city the concert takes place in, although the order went through initially with an invalid address. Very elaborate scam that sells you genuine tickets with a low chance of you actually ever seeing them and if you do, they don't work.

I am still searching for the right words. I should have known better and i should have asked my kids. We bought tickets for Adele which should have been delivered on June 30th - 24 hours before the concert. We booked flights to London, booked a hotel. But then the impossible happened: we did not receive the concert tickets and since days nobody from stubhub answered. We we able to listen to Adele from the outside of Hyde Park about a mile away from the stage. And therefor we paid € 650,- ( including flights and hotel we spent € 1500 ). We will get in contact with a lawyer if stubhub Is ignoring us. And something to think about for Trustpilot : Give us the chance to do zero stars. Stubhub, you earned it.
Never again !

Bought tickets off of this platform on the 17/06 for a concert on 28/06 in Dublin. StubHub guaranteed the ticket would be delivered within 27/06, else they would either refund me or find replacement tickets. I had never used this platform before and I was enticed by the lower price compared to another website I normally buy my tickets from - not sure whether I'm allowed to mention competitors in a review, but chances are you used this brand too. Come 24/06, the tracking showed the ticket stuck somewhere along the route (UPS support explained that was this was due to a missing invoice) and I started losing hope about receiving it in time. Their Irish website does not offer any customer support, save for a useless chatbot; you have to go through its options in order to obtain an email adress to write to. You won't receive any reply though: I've sent them two emails on separate days, and I'm still waiting for a reply! Calling the phone support is also pointless: the US-Canadian number is prohibitively expensive, and nobody picked up when I rang their UK number. Besides, I'm not sure these could have helped me, since I live in Ireland. Running out of options and with the concert date getting closer, I resorted buying my ticket elsewhere at a slightly higher price and disputing my purchase via PayPal. In the end I was able to attend the concert and got my money back only thanks to PayPal. I've now deleted my StubHub account and would ask anyone reading this to spend their money elsewhere - they really don't deserve anything. Having worked in customer service before I'm aware that problems may arise while shopping online, but deliberately ignoring your customers and leaving them without any solution whatsoever is an utter lack of respect that can't be tolerated.

24hrs before event STILL no tickets. "Your tickets are not ready yet".

We phoned - been on hold for days.
We 'chatted'.
We emailed.
We tweeted.
We facebooked.
We left messages.
We heard nothing, nada, nish, f-all.
We even phoned the US arm, to the sum of £50, only to be told that are now separate from the UK, and could not deal with the request.

We have lost over £2,000 in tickets, flights and hotels.

We BEG you to please take heed of all these negative review on Trustpilot. If ANYTHING goes wrong you will not be able to speak to ANYONE.
You will hear NOTHING.
You will have NO HELP whatsoever.

We beg you, please do not engage with this absolute shambles of a song called legit company in anyway whatsoever.

Below is a genuine 'Stubhub' reply email following fraudulent tickets we were sent by this company. I have posted this to hopefully shame this company that simply fails to respond to any contact and rectify the position. We arrived at venue to be turned away after great expense. The best Stubhub could do was respond as below two days after the event. Despite their fan and ticket guarantees this is all worthless. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company. As always best to buy straight from venue holding act otherwise companies like 'Stubhub' you are simply playing 'Russian Roulette'. Unregulated, based abroad operating their own laws. The Firm clearly has no guarantees and neither is vetting effectively the tickets they receive. With no UK laws they abide by. You simply run a high risk of losing your money. Other reviews hardly offer confidence.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Sure - maybe things will work out for you. But there is a strong chance it might not. Bought tickets for an event in Barcelona and never received the. Stubhub.ie has no customer support. No dedicated phone or chat support. Good luck getting a response via email. I made the mistake purchasing these via a debit card - so I am having to jump through more hoops to file a proper dispute

Absolutely disgusted by this fraudulent company. No way of contacting them. US Stubhub, which has a customer service number, has now way of connecting to Stubhub.ie (International). Pissed away $1000 for four tickets I never received or saw. Terrible experience and will never use this outlet again. Cant believe Stubhub has not addressed this.

I bought 2 tickets 5 days before the game Paris Saint-Germain vs RC Lens in Paris on 23 April 2022, fee around 500 Euro. Was quite worried as my purchase didn't show up on my Stubhub account at the beginning. Then a lady from Stubhub Customer Service contacted me by email and I asked how to get access to the tickets. I was perfectly guided through the process, even a writing mistake in the name was corrected by them the morning before the game and I got new tickets on time - all worked out greatly. Thanks a lot Jeannette from Stubhub! :-)

I would give this zero stars! I purchased and paid for tickets (over $600) over a month ago and should have had the tickets the next day and received nothing! The only way to contact stubhub.ie is through email and 8 emails sent so far with zero response. I called the regular stubhub support only to be told they cannot help and to email stubhub.ie

Beyond frustrated and this is fraud!

I purchased Tickets to see Sting in london, the event date was changed(4/15/2022) due to CO
VID and i could not go to the new date. I put my tickets up for sale and they sold on 2/28/22(Order No. 282135119) i have never recd my payout. I contacted the BBB and recd an email form Stubhub asking me to enter my direct deposit for payment. I did so, they asked me to reply to the email to let them know when this was done, it was undeliverable, i reached out to the BBB again and Stubhub replied we can not help with International sales we are no longer affiliated..where does that leave me and my nearly $1000? My payment has been in the processing statusfor a month!!!!

Denied entry at the gate as the tickets were fakes. Working with unresponsive customer service rep to get our money back as per the FanProtect promises on the website (although I can't really find a description of what it means, given that our tickets were fake).

I thought I was going with a reputable source of tickets that (in wider Stubhub sense) I've used before and had great service. Would take some convincing to use the service again if the site takes no real steps to ensure tickets are valid before selling them to customers.

UPDATE: We got our money back but the attitude of the company in validating tickets is very weak. There are solutions to this that thy have no interest in pursuing, clearly.

I purchased six tickets off this website and was denied entry at the gate. The tickets did not scan and when the staff examined them, we were told they were fraudulent.

I purchased tickets to Ireland-Scotland Six nations game on 19-Mar-2022. The purchase was for actual printed tickets (not electronic), which were to be delivered to us at our hotel on 18-Mar. We never received the tickets, UPS delivery was rescheduled to 3 days after the game, and by that time we had already left Dublin.
I have contacted StubHub via several emails to several different StubHub emails, and by telephone, and I have not received any feedback, response or status of my complaint and request for refund.
Dismal experience - but I will continue to fight.
Update: StubHub finally responded and refunded me 100%.

Bought tickets to see Crystal Palace and they appeared but when tried to print out the scan code area was simply all black. Went to my account and under tickets it says I have no current orders! No customer service, no one to get help. Terrible.

Absolutely no customer service. I bought 2 west ham vs Newcastle tickets, when i bought them, they said i will receive ticket by PDF in the middle of February, then when i received the tickets by PDF they both said 'under 16 season tickets' which was not mentioned on the description. There is no phone number only a American number, it took me a while to find their email uk email and i sent an email to them and i received an automated email saying i will receive a reply in 24-48 hours, 4 days have passed and no reply, i spent €160 on these tickets :(

This Company is a MAFIA and they are thiefs! I don’t understand how a company like this is allowed to operate. Purchased 6 tickets to the Colombia vs Peru game and all 6 tickets were fake, my family travelled from the US to go to the game in Colombia and when we showed up at the gate we were denied entry because the tickets were FAKE! This company should be held legally liable for doing this to their customers, I will never purchase another ticket from Stubhub
