SCAM----I paid them to pick up a truck and tow it to the shop. I called the number, it just hangs up and they never called me nor did they show up to tow the vehicle. Do NOT SEND THEM MONEY

Booked online for the $50 flat rate (online only). Immediately charged $64 and given 30-90 minute ETA. That was at 6:30 pm. It's now almost 10 pm. I've emailed twice with no response and called the number given for dispatch only to be promptly disconnected from both options (press 1 for new ticket, press 2 for existing ticket). This is literally the most unprofessional and disrespectful consumer experience I've had in a LONG time. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They were almost 40$ cheaper on price. Guy showed up with a roll back aced the backup within 1 ft of my tire to be loaded. Dragged the car up, leveled it off , chained it down and was under way within 5 min of arriving. The wait on the tow truck to get here was a little longer. They had 2 wrecks happen back to back that obviously took priority over my car that was sitting in my driveway. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone needing a tow in the future

Showed up on time and was very nice and quick. Great service and great price.

There was a minor mix up at first, but it worked to my advantage..there were a couple of delays to being able to get to my truck when he arrived but the driver was very patient and cordial.it was hot that day,so he let me sit in the air conditioned cab as I made the payment .only reason I didn't give y'all a top rating is because I requested a courtesy call to verify delivery to the destination but that's small potatoes..i will definitely refer your recovery service to anyone.thanks again

The tow went smoothly and the gentleman that towed my vehicle was polite and knowledgeable about where to pick up and deliver my vehicle. I would definitely use this service again and let people I know of the good price and service!

Absolute trash. Nobody to talk to. Call the number goes to robot then drops my call.
I paid upfront they said 60-90 minutes after 90 minutes robot calls and says gonna be 2-3 hours. No I want a refund and the website is trash probably stole my card info fk this company.

Today is September 1,2025 I called an ask for Service to have my Vechicle towed from. 9350 Westmount Houston at the Chevron Gas StationI been here since 6:30 pm waiting to be towed it is now 10:47pm an the diver canceled My tow request an Kept my Money Never showed up

Its a scam company and the "good reviews" on here are fake ones. Thats why the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 (with the same message). Notice on the website that the name of the city is in different lettering. And you can look it up in any major city and see the same thing. They charge you and never come.
