It’s wasn’t too stressful to get an accommodation even in Ghana. However I feel they could do better with the way house owners price their accommodation and booking fee.

As per website there lot things are missing on top that Landlord refused to provide

It is easy to find apartments located at the vicinity one wants and easy to also book them. The agents are always avaliable to be contacted.

I paid 2000€ for just one room in a colocation because it was not mentioned that when you take an agency (my room), you have to add 900 euros.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Ramandeep for her exceptional support and kindness. When I missed the deadline to sign my contract but still desperately hoped to secure my accommodation, Ramandeep stepped in like a guardian angel. She went above and beyond to connect me with the sales team, providing daily updates and keeping me informed every step of the way.
What truly stood out was her dedication—she tirelessly negotiated with the team at Twenty Campus on my behalf, ensuring I could secure my ideal studio in record time. Without her unwavering efforts, this would not have been possible.
Ramandeep, your professionalism, empathy, and proactive assistance made all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience. Studapart is incredibly fortunate to have someone like you! 🙏💖

I find the payment process a bit confusing; however, I would say it is one of the most secure ways to find a room.

I did find something at the end and the processs was easy

I deleted the first review just to have a response to studapart: This is clearly a miscommunication because I don't have a contract with any landlord. I want this resolved because she asked if I have found an accommodation and if I am willing to pay the first month's rent, studapart guarantee and the service charge to which I said yes or as the point may be, so I thought she asked. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible and for a member of the team to reach out to me as soon as possible. As noted in the call, I could barely hear her when she called the first time which could've led to this. I responded to what I thought she had said and even gave her the name of the Landlord I had hoped to reach out to.

I booked a student apartment through Studapart for my nephew, he couldn’t get my visa, and even after sending proof, cancellation > 30 days, neither the landlord nor Studapart refunded him. No cancellation insurance, but the situation was out of my hands. Even the cancellation insurance did not showed during booking. Be careful when booking through them.
Dubious landlords are offeting for apartments on this website -> please be careful which contracts these landlords give you. They only rip off foreign students through illegal contracts, not according to French law. Look directly at student welfare organizations -> you can often find a cheaper apartment there and you won't be robbed.

Like: choice, many photos and 3D visit, easier to contact owners compared to other platforms.
Dislike: too much service fees, low flexibility regarding the start of the contract

I am trying to find accommodation for my daughter, who is coming to Pau. I don't know the French system, so it has been quite overwhelming. Katerina answered many of my emails and followed up with replies to my questions. She was supportive and patient. Thank you, Katerina!

I rented a studio through Studapart Nantes, A114, 16 Rue Saumonieres. I am a foreigner, admiring France and French culture. To my surprise, my stay at this place was full of frustration. I got absolutely negative experience with the apartment managers (Julia Breton - Studapart Ambassador, Maxime Toumolin) and the landlord (P. Goudedtanche). I faced lie, unfriendly, abusive and bullying approach constituting violation of my rights as a tenant. In spite of this, I never received any apologies from the landlord. Studapart was involved in this situation, and has all the evidences of this turmoil. I am very thankful to Studapart mitigating this situation. But, I found that this apartment, as well as those managers are still on Studapart platform, and this impunity gives them freedom to continue terrorizing future tenants. I didn't go for a lawsuit, for which now I regret.

I paid them 240€ to guarantee me a property, but they simply took my money and ignored my calls. After reaching out to them, they sent me properties for rent that were far from what I was looking for, so my money was wasted for nothing.

Easy to look for accomodation. Can apply even if you don't have all documents. Good communication system. My experience for booking in Rennes was good (I wish for it to continue the same way when I go stay there).

Actually, they were helpful but the system is very cumbersome and complicated. Foremost I tried to book a room earlier than 2 months prior arrival and that doesn't work due to AI..
AI may be a great tool, personal contact with direct
answers is preferred. Especially if you are not familiar with the system. Your staff did well giving the webinar.

I have paid 1800 euros, and I cannot talk to any operator to help me solve a problem. The student residence Youfirst that I have booked with Studapart ask me for a payment to confirm the reservation, but they don't provide any support on how to do it and their customer service is worst ever, refusing to speak any English. Nobody is helping me to solve this problem after 72 hours, tens of messages, calls, message. Even on WhatsApp they don't answer

The accommodation team members were very helpful. When I sent messages, they replied very quickly. In addition, they called me on phone to explain clearly how to do for next steps. Thanks to their support, I was able to make the contract with the landlord for the accommodation in Rennes.

I’m an international student looking for a room to continue my studies & after being rejected by the landlords on Studapart platform for No reason. I finally found a room & well the booking was finalised for the 26th June & now I've been informed after 3 days that the room is only available on 15th of July. While I have to leave my current residence by the 30th of June. Thanks to Studapart I don't know what to do now as I've already rejected other offers only for this landlord to change the MOVE IN DATE, a day after the booking was finalised.
I have complained to Studapart but they told me can't do anything as all they care about is the owner & the money they make from them while I'm left with no room & the time is too little to find another Accommodation.
I would advise anyone to make sure Studapart is the last option as they don't care about anything other than the owner & the money they can make from them.
Edit : Also I have paid around 250 € to be a guaranteed member so if they can do this to a guaranteed member think what they’re going to do to a regular member.
