Studapart staff working against landlords

For the first two years I had no problems finding students to rent my studio. The students were all very nice. Then I had one student who complained to Studapart about her contract with me and the Studapart counsellor threatened me. Since then I have had no interest in my studio. Perhaps there are staff who work against some landlords? So at the moment I cannot rate Studapart very highly.

The landlord was a fraud

The landlord was a fraud. Was 3 days late for our appointment when I arrived in France. I luckily recognized my roommate who'd then let us move into the appartement. My dad stayed for a few days, but the landlord refuged to present a contract before he returned home and I was alone in a strange country. He then revealed that if one of my roommates left, my rent would go up by 250 euros a month and he started pushing me to sign. I had asked for a contract beforehand, but this one he presented to me was different from the one he'd sended to me. Had to search and move to a new appartement on my own.

The landlord stole our deposit

The landlord stole our deposit, studapart did not give the money back either or deleted the apartment we rented from the website. It was "95 Rue de la Patouillerie, 44300 Nantes France. DO NOT BOOK this apartment, the landlord was the worst.

Great platform and support team!

As an international student travelling outside of my home country for the first time, Studapart provided me with the easy and transparent access to different properties listed in Paris. Helping me find the perfect accommodation for myself in my budget, and also aided me with getting home insurance for my property. The support team of Studapart answered my queries related to housing and housing insurance even months after I started renting.

The landlord I contacted at this platform was a fraud. Tilagame ADINARAYANANE stole 3,900€ from me.

We spent two months in a French city

We spent two months in a French city. They are stealing a lot of money from us and they don't want to pay us back. The people on this platform are not to be trusted.

They ask you to pay 500+ € of fees

They ask you to pay 500+ € of fees. If I had 500€ to throw away i would book AirBNB. They should ask to the house owners to pay fees and not to the students

Hey my name is Jerome Olivier and I am a student who just rented his accommodation.
For me, Studapart is the best option for international students and for a quick renting of accommodation. Studapart puts everything in place for handlords to answer fast your demand and it’s also very helpful for internationals who doesn’t have « Garant financier » in France. Don’t be afraid to take a garantie and do every transfer of money by using this website. It’s 100% secured. I proposed my budget to Studapart and I find exactly what I wanted and I had rented my accommodation in less than a week.

Studapart is a scam

Attention!!! The customer service is terrible. They do not care about you. I had booked a flat for 01/09/2023, the landlady stopped responding (neither on Studapart, nor on LinkedIn) when I asked her for a contract. I had to look for a new flat. Then, 2 days before the move-in date, when I wanted to get out of the contract because the landlady was not responding again, Studapart wanted to get involved. 2 DAYS BEFORE MOVING IN! I lost my entire deposit and the first month's rent.

Studapart is a scam!

I give a star because I cannot leave zero.
It is a scam! Their apartments do not reflect the reality. Their service is really bad. They pretended to have forgotten a refund for the deposit; I had to chase them in order to get it back. They did not refund the guarantee fee fully despite that the reservation I made was not what I have seen on their website. The worst experience ever in renting an apartment and I have seen a lot around.
I do not recommend. It is a pure fraud!

Renting a room

I loved the fast response of both the landlords and the Studapart team. I was in a hurry to find a place and immediately managed to find one. I would love to note that the response to the problem was quite polite, fast, and helpful and it made me extremely happy... Problems can happen but handling them is quite the tricky part which is amazing

Even though I'm giving a 5-star review (and you deserve it) I faced two problems, both from the website itself: 1. The website keeps logging me off which is honestly annoying 2. I paid via Studapart, but didn't receive a confirmation email. However, the IT team immediately resolved the problem so all is good.

Black Mold

Black Mold
I rented a room from here and in 2 months the wall and under the bed were covered in black mold. I became sick and contacted Studapart and they said because I had lived there for 2 months it was my problem. Contact my insurance company in Canada.
June 12/2024 Studapart just answered saying contact our customer service. I did that. That is who told me to contact my insurance company in Canada and there was nothing they would do
